History and profile rewrite with the context of Mem being the Demiurge and later original Cyrene

Mem is an NPC on Amphoreus who will talk to the Trailblazer from within the "As I've Written" menu. She is also the Trailblazer's Memosprite when using the Path of Remembrance, and features in one of Cyrene's idle animations.

It is eventually revealed that Mem was in truth the Demiurge, the 13th Nameless Titan, having broken free from her prison within the "Universal Matrix" Great Tomb of the Nameless Titan in pursuit of the Trailblazer.^[2]

Profile

After Khaslana and Cyrene begin the eternal recurrence of Amphoreus, infinitely looping the last cycle to stop the birth of the Lord Ravager Irontomb, the Cyrene of each cycle would store each Flamechasing history inside the Demiurge Matrix, speaking with the lost 13th Titan during the process.^[11][12] As the cycles continued, influenced by Cyrene's ideals and the stories of the Flamechase, Demiurge eventually developed into the form of a Fairy and then a mature version of Cyrene. She was fully roused during the 33,550,336th cycle, though at the cost of losing her memories initially.^[2]

In the form of Mem, she first appears after the Trailblazer receives the gaze of Fuli,^[13] and showcases the ability to gather memories inside of Amphoreus and use them to travel back through time.^[14] She also likes to travel.^[15]

Initially, other characters do not understand Mem, with her spoken dialogue consisting of "mem" and "memi." Only the Trailblazer and Oronyx are able to communicate with her,^[13] but after the defeat of Nikador, Castorice becomes able to understand bits of Mem's speech, and she begins speaking in understandable words periodically.^[16] After entering the trial of Oronyx, she is able to speak in complete sentences.^[17]

Mem mentions that her name is something she came up with on a whim, and before realizing her identity as Cyrene, she wonders what her real name is. She also notably experiences flashes of the destruction of Aedes Elysiae, as well as a memory of Cyrene being cut by the Flame Reaver's weapon.^[16]
