Heryshaf, also known as the Goat King, is the leader of the Seven Pillars of King Deshret.[6]
Profile
Among the Seven Pillars, the Goat King embodies the rulership of King Deshret. His manner is enigmatic, his thoughts meticulous. He is the executor of King Deshret's authority, yet he prefers to remain neutral. Generally, unless a matter of great consequence arises, Heryshaf will offer no concrete opinion. Silence is his cunning, and observation his wisdom. It's hard to say why he has come to be this way, yet such is the way he exists. Even after being confined within Aaru, he seems essentially unchanged.[6]

Story
During the Archon War, Heryshaf was among the gods defeated by King Deshret.[6] Along with the gods Thoth and Sobek, were appointed as one of the Seven Pillars of King Deshret. He was described as the head of the Seven Pillars and the "right hand" of King Deshret.[7]
It's said the trio, seeing how Deshret mourned his losses, pushed Deshret to rebel against the Heavenly Principles and make use of forbidden knowledge. Twice they were rebuked, but Sobek eventually convinced Deshret to give in and seek immortality.[8]
At some point, they were banished to Aaru for self-described wickedness,[2] where he would spend his time playing chess with Thoth and Sobek.
