Maze of Frost and Foresight is a part of the Great Expeditionist Challenge event.
It is unlocked by completing the Event World Quest Adventurers of Teyvat: Grand Showdown! in Great Expeditionist Challenge and accessed by talking to Liliuo under the 
icon.
Tutorial
In the "Maze of Frost and Foresight" challenge, the Traveler's task is to get the Jack Frost to its destination through route-planning and the use of various Prime Ice Constructs and mechanisms.
Each challenge is divided into two phases. In the Construction Phase, observe the field closely and plan your route accordingly. As you do so, you have to make use of the Prime Ice Constructs supplied to build the pathways as well.
You must place all supplied Prime Ice Constructs before you can go on to the next phase.

In the Action Phase, observe the Jack Frost as it travels along the route, and deploy the mechanisms on the field when necessary to help it navigate various obstacles and arrive at its destination.
Prime Ice Constructs can only be placed in specific slots due to the rules of the tournament.
Moving platforms may appear during the challenge. These platforms can carry the Jack Frost and the Prime Ice Constructs on them up and down or left and right.
Specialized Prime Ice Amplifiers may appear during the challenge. a [sic] Such an Amplifier empowers nearby Prime Ice Launchpads within its radius, allowing them to propel the Jack Frost to even greater heights.
