Appearance
Barbara wears her hair in two high pigtails that spiral downward, fastened by white ties resembling petals. She dons a white cap with a navy outline and a central golden symbol.
She wears a white patterned frock with golden outlines, a ruffled navy under layer and navy lining, that is open at the shoulders. The top of her outfit features a white and blue bow and a layered collar. Three golden key-like trinkets split her skirt into two uneven halves, the right side smooth with a golden-edged turquoise pattern, and the left side pleated with golden flowers on each fold. She also wears white tights. Her Hydro Vision is attached to a gold-adorned spell-book with a light blue cover and a small cross charm hangs at her side.
