Omurice Waltz is a Special Dish that the player has a chance to obtain by cooking Omelette Rice with Kuki Shinobu. The recipe for Omelette Rice is obtainable from Shimura Kanbei in Inazuma City for 
Mora ×5,000.
Omurice Waltz decreases Stamina depleted by climbing and sprinting for all party members by 25% for 1500 seconds. Like most foods, this has no effect for other players in Co-Op Mode.
