(video archive) by Hu Ge (虎哥 "Brother Tiger", Bilibili) in the short drama series commonly called Once Upon a Time in Dongbei (Chinese: 东百往事), which was uploaded on the Chinese internet in 2016. The plot centers around the rivalry between Hu Ge and Shamate Tuanzhang (杀马特团长 "Captain Shamate", Bilibili) in the Dongbei areas of China. Captain Shamate is known for his shamate fashion style, wearing a wig. Thus, in the quote's episode, Hu Ge threatens to yank off Captain Shamate's wig.
