There are 10 Hollow Codex/Threat:

Name	Description	Version
Gatekeeper	Defeat the enemy to venture deeper into the Hollow. These foes are ruthless monsters but also loyal guardians.	1.0
Final Battle	Battle against the final enemy. The guy you hate seeing the most is at the place you need to get to the most.	1.0
Crisis	Battle against a normal enemy. Every adventurer comes across this type of enemy, who is meager in strength but vast in number.	1.0
Peril	Battle against a tough enemy. Not necessarily the most difficult of enemies, but you'll pay the price for underestimating them.	1.0
Impasse	Battle against the Hollow's toughest enemy. A survivor's nightmare; a desperate battle to the death; the nemesis of all Investigators; and "master" of the Hollow.	1.0
Game	Meet certain conditions in combat to earn rich rewards. It's not so much a challenge as it is a clash with destiny.	1.0
Timed Battle	A special battle that must be completed within a time limit. Boldly, greedily, marching towards annihilation.	1.0
Chain Crisis	A series of consecutive battles. Facing swarming enemies... It never ends.	1.0
Double Crises	Fight two elite enemies at once. Two fists against four hands.	1.0
Dangerous Target	A special battle. Defeat the enemy to reach the target location. These foes await curious yet careless souls.	1.0
