An advanced laboratory established by Porcelumex in the Ether-Stable Area within the Hollow. It was once known for allowing staff to be stationed long-term inside the Hollow had, on multiple occasions, received external visitors. Though officially shut down due to high maintenance costs, in reality, it became a base for illegal research of Ferox and the Exaltists.
