Minerva Storm Belt is a region of intense storms and bad weather. Roscaelifer is located within it.
Overview
The Minerva storm belt is a location well known for its intense weather conditions. Both the Scamall Hollow and Roscaelifer are located directly in the center of it, with the floating city situated directly on top of the Hollow. Due to the chaotic weather of the region, travel to and from Roscaelifer is difficult, though the city itself is located within a section when the weather is comparatively mild. While it is publicly known that the Marcel Group's Headquarters is located near the storm belt, the existence of Roscaelifer is otherwise unknown to the general public of New Eridu.
It is noted that Bangboo often feel nostalgic when observing the storm belt, or when looking at artistic renditions of it.[1] Whether this is because those Bangboo are former Roscaelifer residents who had their memory wiped, or due to it being the domain of Sunbringer, and thus the effective homeland of the Bangboo is unknown.
