Electro-Charged
Last updated 2026-09-10
Electro-Charged is the Elemental Reaction triggered by inflicting Electro on a target that is already affected by Hydro or vice versa. This reaction deals Electro DMG over time to both the Electro-Charged target and any nearby targets that are Wet.
Electro-Charged cannot damage off-field characters. Switching to a different character after being affected by Electro-Charged will temporarily pause its DoT ticks. However, if the Electro-Charged character becomes the active character again while still affected by Electro and Hydro, the DoT ticks will resume.
Overview
Electro-Charged targets will have both a Hydro and an Electro aura simultaneously. Electro-Charged DMG ticks once per second. Every tick reduces the Hydro and Electro auras of affected targets by 0.4 gauge units, and the ticks will stop once one of the auras is depleted. Note that the normal decay of elemental aura will still apply during Electro-Charged.
The coexistence of elements allows for effects like Thundersoother to be applied without forgoing Elemental Reactions entirely, and makes it possible for multiple reactions to be triggered on an Electro-Charged target if a third element is applied (e.g., Overloaded + Vaporize, Superconduct + Frozen, Electro + Hydro Swirl). However, when triggering reactions on an Electro-Charged target, the Electro reaction is prioritized, and the Hydro reaction will only be triggered if there are still gauge units of the triggering element left over after depleting the Electro aura.
When Electro-Charged DMG is dealt, it will also be dealt to a single other nearby Wet opponent within 5m[verification needed], taking into account their Electro RES. Wet auras will not be consumed by arcing Electro-Charged DMG.
Damage
Electro-Charged DMG is calculated as . Level Multipliers for every level can be found in Elemental Reaction/Level Scaling#Level Multiplier.
Electro-Charged DMG is only affected by the level and Elemental Mastery of the character causing the reaction, and the target's Electro RES. It ignores the target's DEF and cannot deal CRIT Hits. The Elemental Mastery DMG Bonus and the target's RES multiplier are applied multiplicatively with the Base DMG.

The Elemental Mastery bonus and any the target's Resistance multiplier are applied multiplicatively with the Base Damage.
Number of Hits
Electro-Charged deals damage immediately and continues to tick once every second for as long as it lasts. If Electro-Charged ends from either the Hydro or Electro aura expiring, another tick of damage will be dealt if over 0.5 seconds have passed since the last tick. Ticks of Electro-Charged will reduce the timers on both the Hydro and Electro auras unless the reduction would remove said aura.[1]
Electro-Charged will also deal damage to nearby targets with the Hydro status, but will not apply an Electro aura.[2]
Environment
If an Electro attack hits a body of water, the water will become Electro-Charged for a short amount of time and any target that walks into it will take Electro DMG. Electro-Charged Water can cause Overloaded and Superconduct when attacked with Pyro and Cryo respectively.
Immunity Talents
There are 3 Talents grant immunity to the Electro-Charged reaction:
| Talent | Description | Type |
|---|---|---|
![]() Lightning Fang | Summons the Wolf Within, which deals Electro DMG to all nearby opponents. This clears all of Razor's Electro Sigils, which will be converted into Elemental Energy for him. The Wolf Within will fight alongside Razor for the skill's duration. The Wolf Within
These effects end when Razor leaves the battlefield. When Razor leaves the field, a maximum of 10 Energy will be returned to him based off the duration remaining on this skill. | Elemental Burst |
![]() Sacred Rite: Wolf's Swiftness | Calls upon a divine spirit to indwell him, morphing into the Pactsworn Pathclearer. Pactsworn Pathclearer Cyno's Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks will be converted to Electro DMG that cannot be overridden.
This effect will be canceled when Cyno leaves the field and lasts a maximum of 18s. | Elemental Burst |
![]() Secret Art: Musou Shinsetsu | Gathering truths unnumbered and wishes uncounted, the Raiden Shogun unleashes the Musou no Hitotachi and deals AoE Electro DMG, using Musou Isshin in combat for a certain duration afterward. The DMG dealt by Musou no Hitotachi and Musou Isshin's attacks will be increased based on the number of Chakra Desiderata's Resolve stacks consumed when this skill is used. Musou Isshin While in this state, the Raiden Shogun will wield her tachi in battle, while her Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks will be infused with Electro DMG, which cannot be overridden. When such attacks hit opponents, she will regenerate Energy for all nearby party members. Energy can be restored this way once every 1s, and this effect can be triggered 5 times throughout this skill's duration. While in this state, the Raiden Shogun's resistance to interruption is increased, and she is immune to Electro-Charged reaction DMG. While Musou Isshin is active, the Raiden Shogun's Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attack DMG will be considered Elemental Burst DMG. The effects of Musou Isshin will be cleared when the Raiden Shogun leaves the field. Chakra Desiderata When nearby party members (excluding the Raiden Shogun herself) use their Elemental Bursts, the Raiden Shogun will build up Resolve stacks based on the Energy Cost of these Elemental Bursts. The maximum number of Resolve stacks is 60. The Resolve gained by Chakra Desiderata will be cleared 300s after the Raiden Shogun leaves the field. | Elemental Burst |
