Normal Attack
Performs up to 4 water splash attacks that deal Hydro DMG.

Charged Attack
Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to deal AoE Hydro DMG after a short casting time.

Plunging Attack
Gathering the might of Hydro, Mona plunges towards the ground from mid-air, damaging all opponents in her path. Deals AoE Hydro DMG upon impact with the ground.

On the 3rd Normal Attack, Mona will perform a short backward or forward teleport depending on whether or not her distance from the enemy is greater than or equal to 7.5 m.

Creates an illusory Phantom of Fate from coalesced waterspouts.

Phantom
Has the following special properties:

Continuously taunts nearby opponents, attracting their fire.
Continuously deals Hydro DMG to nearby opponents.
When its duration expires, the Phantom explodes, dealing AoE Hydro DMG.

Hold
Utilizes water currents to move backwards swiftly before conjuring a Phantom.

Only one Phantom created by Mirror Reflection of Doom can exist at any time.

The Phantom lasts for 5 seconds. It deals Hydro DMG every second (DoT) for a total of 4 times, followed by a final AoE Hydro DMG Explosion.
When the Phantom Explosion hits at least one enemy, it generates 3.33 Elemental Particles.
The hold version of this skill grants Mona a brief period of Invincibility Frames.

Mona summons the sparkling waves and creates a reflection of the starry sky, applying the Illusory Bubble status to opponents in a large AoE.

Illusory Bubble
Traps opponents inside a pocket of destiny and also makes them Wet.
Renders weaker opponents immobile.
When an opponent affected by Illusory Bubble sustains DMG, it has the following effects:

Applies an Omen to the opponent, which gives a DMG Bonus, also increasing the DMG of the attack that causes it.
Removes the Illusory Bubble, dealing Hydro DMG in the process.

Omen
During its duration, increases DMG taken by opponents.

Illusory Bubble and Omen are both applied upon casting Stellaris Phantasm.
When Illusory Bubble is active on an enemy, there is a constellation-like marking on that enemy. When Omen is active on an enemy, there is a starry purple aura around that enemy.
Stellaris Phantasm is able to apply Wet up to twice: once when cast, and once when the Illusory Bubble bursts. However, standard ICD applies for the two applications.
If no outside source bursts the bubble, it automatically bursts after 8 seconds.
Omen status timer only starts after the bubble bursts. Since Omen is applied from the initial cast of the skill, if the bubble lasts for its whole duration (8s), Omen can have a maximum duration of 13s.
Illusory Bubble bursts when the affected target is hit by an attack that deals more than 0 Poise Damage. This means that attacks that deal no damage but do deal Poise Damage (e.g. Hu Tao's Elemental Skill activation) will burst the bubble, while hits that deal no Poise Damage will not burst it.
- This mechanic can be used as a means to extend the effective duration of Omen, such as when combined with the Frozen Elemental Reaction: Frozen targets are immune to Poise Damage, so any attacks against them will not burst the Illusory Bubble until they unfreeze. As a result, the start of Omen's duration countdown is delayed while characters attacking the Frozen target still benefit from the DMG Bonus.
Illusory Bubble Explosion DMG does not snapshot and will be affected by changes in Mona's stats after Stellaris Phantasm is cast.
The DMG Bonus is additive to other sources of DMG Bonus, such as Mona's 4th Ascension Passive passive, Waterborne Destiny.
The Illusory Bubble applies a Struggle state to enemies whose weight is less than or equal to 100, preventing them from performing any actions. However, the Struggle state will not be applied to enemies more than 20 levels higher than Mona.

Constellation Effects

Constellation Level 1, Prophecy of Submersion: increases Electro-Charged DMG, Lunar-Charged DMG, Vaporize DMG, Hydro Swirl DMG, and Frozen duration by 15% when any of the player's own party members hits an opponent affected by Omen.
Constellation Level 3, Restless Revolution: Increases this talent's level by 3, up to a maximum of 15.

Mona cloaks herself within the water's flow, consuming stamina to move rapidly.

When under the effect of Illusory Torrent, Mona can move at high speed on water.
Applies the Wet status to nearby opponents when she reappears.

In the Spiral Abyss, before starting the challenge, Mona will sprint regularly without cloaking herself with water. After starting the challenge, her Alternate Sprint will be enabled again.
One can hold the sprint button while stationary to make Mona stay in place while cloaking herself in water. No stamina is consumed while Mona is stationary.
Despite the appearance of this talent in action, it does not make Mona invisible to enemies, nor does it make her shorter.

Increases Mona's Hydro DMG Bonus by a degree equivalent to 20% of her Energy Recharge rate.

At Ascension Phase 4, Mona receives 23.2% Hydro DMG Bonus by default, due to her ascension stat of Energy Recharge. An extra 1.6% Hydro DMG Bonus is obtained at Ascension Phases 5 and 6, for a total of 24.8% and 26.4%, respectively.
The effects of this passive talent do not show if Mona is fallen or not in the party.
In accordance with the established interaction between percentage-based stat conferrals, Waterborne Destiny does not use any points of Energy Recharge that were given to Mona as a percentage of someone else's Energy Recharge, such as from any character wielding Xiphos' Moonlight.

Genesis of Starsigns

Witch's Eve Rite Passive

After completing Witch's Homework: Of Untested Insight, Mona will become a Hexerei character. When the party includes at least 2 Hexerei characters, you will gain the Hexerei: Secret Rite effect, which enhances Hexerei characters.

Hexerei: Secret Rite
When Mona's Normal Attacks or Charged Attacks hit an opponent, she gains 1 stack of Astral Glow of Mercury, for 8s. Max 3 stacks. This effect can grant at most one stack every 0.1s. When other party members trigger a Vaporize reaction on an enemy, all Astral Glow of Mercury stacks are consumed. Each stack consumed increases the damage of that Vaporize reaction by 5%.
Additionally, when Mona's Normal Attacks or Charged Attacks hit an opponent, the enemy's Omen duration is extended by 2s. This effect can trigger at most once every 0.5s, and can extend the Omen by up to 8s through this method.

- Contrary to the description, this Constellation does not have any effect on Frozen duration.^[7]
This bonus does not apply in the triggering attack nor from the resulting Hydro DMG dealt by Illusory Bubble in Stellaris Phantasm regardless if they were from resulting reactions.
The buff will apply to all party members.
- In Co-Op Mode, it only applies to the team members of the Mona player.
In the Spiral Abyss, it is possible for the buff to transfer to the next team in the other chamber if it has not expired.
This bonus is signified by the Hydro aura Mona and her teammates gain.

  New: "You speak of your illustrious lineage, yet you also refer to your master as a "hag" and a "stubborn dimwit." Which of these descriptions is accurate?"
