The Alcor?- Beidou: Actually, this is the second ship in our fleet. The Alcor's back home, patrolling Guyun Stone Forest.
- Paimon: Beidou! The infamous merc captain who sails the high seas!
- Beidou: Uh, yeah, haha. We've met, remember? What's with all the pomp and circumstance?

Beidou — Uncrowned Lord of the Ocean
Beidou, known as the Captain by many, is the leader of The Crux, an armed fleet from Liyue. She is a heroic character who values righteousness.
Her many great deeds have earned her the love of the people. Her many subordinates are proud to sail under her flag, and the children have turned her experiences into song — yes, Beidou is a very famous character indeed.
Of course, with such fame comes folk sayings and rumors, with people even saying that Beidou can perform such superlative feats as being able to split the mountains and seas.
As to how much of these tales are true and how much are an exaggeration, it is likely that only the legendary Captain Beidou herself knows the answers.
- Paimon: It's a long story...
- Beidou: Well, no sense standin' around. Take a seat. Tell me all about it. I'll have my men roll out the welcome mat.
- (The scene changes, with the group seated at a nearby table)
- Beidou: Ah, I see. So, you know the head honcho of the Curatorium, huh... Your network of connections is somethin' else, that's for sure.
- Paimon: Hehe...
- About the registration...
- Paimon: Right! We need a record of who's participating in the expo and what you're planning to trade.
- Beidou: Well, mark down me and a few crew members as participants — the rest will stay on the ship. As for what we're trading... Take a look.
- (Beidou turns to face a nearby ballista, with the Traveler and Paimon following suit)
- Paimon: What is it?
- Beidou: A while ago, Ningguang revamped the Guizhong Ballista. The beauty you see here is one of her new and improved models.
- Beidou: It has insane firepower and comes complete with remote guidance for accurate striking even at long distances. I just know people are gonna be fighting to get their hands on it.
- Paimon: Are you sure you're allowed to sell stuff like this!?
- Beidou: Haha, don't worry. Compared to the model the Millelith's using, this one might as well be an antique.
- Paimon: ...Nefer wasn't kidding when she said "no restrictions," huh...
- But, who's gonna buy something like this?
- Yelan: Oh, I'm sure someone will bite. Buyers from all over Teyvat will be in attendance, after all.

Yelan — Valley Orchid
As a special intelligence officer who works under Ningguang, Yelan comes and goes like a shadow.
Even the ruling Qixing with their vast powers must find some dark corners hard to reach.
This is where Yelan comes in, with her task being to clean these corners up by dint of her exceptional capabilities as an intelligence agent.
A word to the wise: do not try to lie to her, for falsehoods may last as long as fragile bubbles before her meticulous thoughts.

- Beidou: Ah, sorry. I was so busy with the cargo, I forgot to mention that Yelan was aboard.
- Paimon: No worries. You here for the expo too, Yelan?
- Yelan: No, I'm just here for work. Captain Beidou was kind enough to lend me a ride. So, no need to register me with the expo.
- Yelan: Anyway, it's been a while, (Traveler). If you get the chance, be sure to pass along my regards to the head of the Curatorium.

- Paimon: Sounds like our cue to stop asking questions, doesn't it...?
