Curatorium of Secrets (Faction)

The Curatorium of Secrets is an intelligence agency owned and operated by Nefer. It serves as a front for the underground Northern Intelligence Network, which is also run by Nefer.[1]
The Curatorium abides by a policy of strict neutrality with regard to other factions in Nod-Krai.[2] Jahoda is its only official employee.[3]
Overview
Intel Hunt
Characters from the Curatorium of Secrets can gather intelligence on certain NPCs in Nod-Krai by approaching them and using their Elemental Skill. Gathering intel from an NPC for the first time will reward 
Recorded Intel, which can be traded with Katheryne to obtain special Intel Quests. Curatorium members can obtain a combined total of 6 Recorded Intel per Weekly Reset.
Using this skill on some NPCs will also unlock exclusive World Quests. Different versions of the quest will be obtained based on the character that gathered the intel, and after obtaining one version, the player can no longer obtain the others:

Curatorium of Secrets characters can use their intelligence-gathering abilities to obtain intel from certain Nod-Krai residents.
Under certain circumstances, obtaining intel can unlock special dialogue options...
You can obtain up to 6 pieces of intel each week. After obtaining intel, Curatorium of Secrets characters can head to the Adventurers' Guild to trade it with Katheryne for "classified information".
Classified information can be used to unlock new Intel Quests, which can, in turn, be completed to earn rewards and unlock new quests related to Curatorium of Secrets characters.
