Viola/Dorm Chibi

Viola's dorm chibi requires [Move In Missions] to be completed before the chibi can enter the Dorm. The missions are unlocked once any stigma piece is obtained. Additionally, activating the move in process makes all the dorm info available to read at no additional cost.
