Overview

Heron Express is heavily relied on by the Xianzhou for a variety of purposes: delivering meals, online shopping, and within-city deliveries.^[2] Heron Express packages use cutting-edge technology to preserve the freshness of their contents for 500 years. They have an extensive network, delivering to places as far as the Shackling Prison and the Astral Express.^[3][4]

Heron Express can do same-day delivery for small and medium packages. while larger packages take two to three days. Although their slogan is "Heron Express — We Mail Anything," they reserve the right of final interpretation. By default, cycranes deliver parcels straight on the floor, unless the customer pays an extra storage fee.^[5]

Much of the company's work relies on human workforce, such as inspecting goods, deploying cycranes routes, cycrane maintenance, and recovering abandoned parcels.
