Cycrane

Overview

Cycranes are primarily used for parcel deliveries. In addition, they are also used as security cameras and traffic surveillance cameras.^[1] Many cycranes are stationed in Exalting Sanctum, due to its status as one of the Luofu's crucial central cities.^[2] Cycranes have the ability to speak and are somewhat sentient, although Xianzhou officials have repeatedly sent letters explaining that cycranes do not possess true self-awareness.^[3] Shiratori is an example of a sentient cycrane, with a spirited personality and an addiction to breaking out of prisons.^[4]

In-game, Remote Cycranes can be used to explore areas that are normally inaccessible, and activate mechanisms that are out of reach. Upon encountering enemies, the cycrane will be overridden by the Heron Express Safety System and return to a safer area.^[5]

• Xueyi briefly inhabited a cycrane when her puppet body was damaged during the Shackling Prison breakout.^[6]
