Dialogue
- Jade: How's the testing going? Feel free to take a break if you're getting tired.
Who developed the Currency Wars?
- Jade: This complex project has mobilized many resources both inside and outside the IPC. However, our Strategic Investment Department is taking the lead, with the Intelligentsia Guild handling the main R&D work.
- Jade: Of course, Herta Space Station also provided some technical support. Although geniuses might not care much about cosmic business competition, there's no reason to turn down IPC's sponsorship.
Where did the test data come from?
- Jade: Don't underestimate IPC's intelligence gathering capabilities. Although the IPC hasn't yet penetrated some stubborn markets, we've never slacked off on our market insights in those regions.
- Jade: As we speak, countless investigators are lurking in trading markets across different planets, gathering local critical business data for the Currency Wars.
- Jade: However, we sometimes encounter missing data, and in such cases, we err on the side of overestimating our opponents, making the tests as challenging as possible.
About the IPC's competitors...
- Jade: There are always some free trade stragglers who develop business systems independent of the IPC. While these markets are small in scale, they're not exactly easy to deal with.
- Jade: Take the Lanlusian Segmentum I handled before as an example. They had long relied on IPC investment, but severed trade ties after an Antimatter Legion invasion. When the IPC drove back the Legion, they refused our demand to reclaim assets.
- Jade: So I pulled some strings. Although they withstood seven massive dumping attempts, they finally gave up resisting when faced with the IPC fleet's aimed firepower.
- Jade: Oh, don't get me wrong. Cases where business wars evolve into hot wars are rare. I take very good care of my "assets," after all.
I have no questions right now.- Jade: The capital market changes rapidly. If you have any questions, feel free to come to me anytime. I'll be happy to help you out.
