Yabuli

Yabuli is the Head of the Technology Department of the Interastral Peace Corporation.

Profile

As a young head of the Technology Department, Yabuli is acknowledged by the Interastral Peace Corporation for her scientific knowledge and business acumen.^[1] Her role as the leader of the Department places her as the de facto controller of the Intelligentsia Guild,^[2] and her connection with the guild is noted to be an intriguing one.^[1] Dr. Ratio acknowledges her as having "some semblance of competence" compared to her subordinates.^[3] Lighthouse is her trusted aide.^[4]

Yabuli took control of Astropolis's Life Sciences Institute over a decade ago, but the few know the details of the major experiment she is spearheading. The main focus of her research was on the Voracity and imagenesis.^[5][6][7] She was somehow able to create imagenae on Astropolis, despite imagenesis being closely tied to the unique properties of Ahatopia. She developed a production and maintenance pipeline that approximated the "Imagenae Moon," the source of wishpower.^[8]

Five years ago, after the Herald of Death Marcus Antali's execution, Yabuli took possession of all his belongings.^[9] She is also the only person able to access the physical evidence related to the Herald of Death incident.^[10]

Yabuli led the team working on the Imaginary Wormhole Lane Project, a form of interstellar travel that was thought of as purely theoretical until the team overcame the technological barriers 10 years ago. The project successfully completed its first test flight at approximately the same time as the Phantasmoon Games on Planarcadia.^[11]

On Astropolis

When news of the husk of Voracity breaking through the seal on Planarcadia reached the IPC, Yabuli backed Oswaldo Schneider's proposal to weaponize the husk and use it as a weapon against Destruction at the cost of the planet's destruction.^[7]

After Planarcadia is sealed within the canvas using the power of Preservation, the Trailblazer is asked to leave Asat Pramad's Die with the IPC for safekeeping. But in reality, it is given over to Yabuli, who wants to dissect it and devour all the knowledge of Oroboros contained within.^[12]
