Dialogue
Go check out that HUGE! AWESOME! ROBOT!
Mission DescriptionMr. Yang manages to keep his elderly poise even when faced with a giant, awesome humanoid robot. I suppose that's the "adult" way to handle excitement.
- Sequence 01Prior to the meeting, Pearl suggested the Crew explore Pearluxe Tower, mentioning that a specialist would host them. Meanwhile, Ashveil departed with Specialist Feiron.
- Welt: Now that is... astonishing.
- March 7th: Wow! That's one massive robot!
- Feiron: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the headquarters of the Pearluxe Corp.
- March 7th: Back when Himeko said this was an entertainment company, I knew their headquarters wouldn't be some ordinary old office building.
- March 7th: But this is way too much! That giant robot statue... This place is totally like some supersized mecha hangar!
- Feiron: Haha, you're absolutely right! In accordance with the vision of our founder, our lobby was intentionally constructed as you see it now.
- Feiron: To realize dreams that far exceed what consumers imagine has always been Pearluxe Corp's core design philosophy, and we have never strayed from it. If any of you are familiar with our company's works, you may recognize this as—
- Welt:' "Mechatron Warrior Series," the Daybreak Squadrons base of operations.
- Feiron: Ahaha, looks like Mr. Yang here is quite a fan of our company's animated works!
- Feiron: Now, Madam Pearl would like to invite everyone from the Astral Express to take a tour before your official meeting begins. She has arranged for a member of our staff to accompany you, so please wait here a moment.
- Welt: I understand, Mr. Feiron. Thank you for escorting us all this way.
- Feiron: Well then, I'll take my leave. This way, Detective.
- Ashveil: See you around, everyone!
- March 7th: Really? Pearl wants us to look around here before the meeting? That seems kinda weird...
- Welt: Could it be related to her proposed collaboration? Perhaps this is her way of "introducing" her other identity.
- March 7th: It's all good as long as we get a chance to look around, that works for me! Why don't we explore while we wait for our new guide?
- March 7th: Mr. Yang! Over here, quick, come on!
- Welt: Looks like March's inner explorer has been awakened again. Let's not wander too far this time, shall we?
- Sequence 02Standing by a massive, unfinished robot, Welt proposed that you, March 7th, and he take a commemorative photo under the giant mechatron.
- (Approach March 7th)
- March 7th: Mr. Yang, isn't this your favorite gi-ant ro-bot!
GI-ANT RO-BOT!
EN-GINE OF CRE-A-TION!
- March 7th: There's no way that's an Engine of Creation!
Behold the mechatron, standing tall astride the earth!
- March 7th: I don't know what to say... Except: THIS! IS! AWESOME!
- Welt: I saw it, please, just keep it down. We're here as their guests, we should be careful about what sort of impression we leave.
- Welt: Looking more closely, it appears many of this mechatron's components were never installed.
- Welt: What a shame! I was hoping to see it finished, to see the completed mechatron! Imagine how it would look in motion! What a glorious sight that would be!
- March 7th: Really? In that case, Mr. Yang, let's hear it: Which one's stronger, this giant robot or that "Arahato" you designed back when you were an animator?
- Welt: Seeing as we're on someone else's property, comparing robots from different works would be most disrespectful to the creators themselves.
C'mon, tell us! Pretty please? I wanna know too!
Comparing things is human nature! We can't help ourselves!
- March 7th: Yeah! Like how Cosmicon Collective players are always obsessed with powerscaling all the characters!
- Welt: Arahato is an animation all about robots, while Daybreak Squadron is a live action hero drama... The two really cannot be compared.
- March 7th: What a stereotypically textbook "mature" answer.
- Welt: My days of being a hotheaded young man are well behind me, so please, cut this "mature" old man some slack, would you? We don't usually come to a place this cool, so why don't the three of us take a photo under this massive mechatron?
- March 7th: Now we're talking! Let me set the self-timer, so we can all get in the shot together.
Booyeah!
Don't forget to turn on the beauty filter!
Take a picture with that HUGE! AWESOME! ROBOT!
- Welt: Haha, standing below a huge mechatron like this is just incredible!
- March 7th: Looks like Mr. Yang's still young at heart after all~
- Sequence 03A specialist from the Technology Department named Nihilux hopped into your photo, explaining she was there on Pearl's orders to give you a grand tour of the facility.
- (Take a photo)
- Welt: Where did this extra person in the photo come from?
- March 7th: A ghost? But it's daytime! And there's way too many people here anyway!
Ghastly!
Who's this now?- March 7th: Who are you!?
- ???: Oh! Huh? Ah... Mm!
- ???: Wow, this truly is... a magnificent face!
- ???: It's nothing like how it looks on the news... Being able to see it up close feels almost surreal.
- ???: Am I too close? Sorry, my bad, I'm not great with personal space.
Keep the compliments coming!
- ???: Hehe~ Sorry, sorry! It's impossible not to stare at a face this amazing! You'll forgive me, right?
Any closer and I'm calling the cops.
- ???: Hehe~ Sorry, sorry! It's impossible not to stare at a face this amazing! You'll forgive me, right?
Don't scare me like that again. You can't afford the consequences.
- ???: *sigh* You're probably gonna be disappointed then, 'cause I'm totally broke.
- Picture missing
- ???: Oh right, I forgot to show you my ID. Right, here we are! I'm Nihilux, and I work at Pearluxe Corp's Imagenesis Technology Department. I'm a P30 agent who works for the IPC.
Hello, Miss Nihilux.
How high up the corporate ladder is P30?
- Nihilux: Just a slightly higher-ranking workhorse, that's all. Not on the same level as those big shots from the Strategic Investment Department who you folks usually deal with.
- Welt: So, what brings you here?
- Nihilux: Ah! Madam Pearl sent me to the lobby to pick you up!
- Nihilux: All of you are famous super-cosmic-level heroes whose faces have been all over the news more times than I can count, so of course I recognized you right away and just couldn't help rushing over here to snap a selfie with you! Hehe, hope you don't mind!
- Welt: I see. Then hello, Miss Nihilux.
- Nihilux: Hello everyone! Starting now, I'll be your tour guide, taking you on a comprehensive and in-depth tour to every single must-visit place in this building!
- Nihilux: From the mechatron imagenesis that managed to pique Mr. Yang's interest, to Miss March's favorite Fluffy Across the Blue merchandise, I'll reveal all the secrets behind our hottest products!
- March 7th: Seriously!? I can't wait!
- Nihilux: Of course I'm being serious! If there's anything you want to see, learn about, or even get your hands on along the way, anything at all, just let me know!

Step DescriptionThe #1 most-liked guide for visiting Pearluxe Tower:
Prices here are steeper than shopping online, so only grab the "Limited Edition" stuff if you really want it.
The mechatrons on display are actually professional models hired by the IPC. Please don't touch them while they're working!
Preview the latest colors and gear at the Mechatron Design Studio a month in advance. If you're looking to modify, remember to pre-order!
The battle hall closes for maintenance from time to time. Check the official website before you sign up for a visit.
- Nihilux: Why don't we head to the gift shop first? I'll get you all some souvenirs.
- Sequence 04Assembling the giant mechatron was actually on the itinerary. Nihilux remarked that modern people are far too grounded in reality to generate the massive Wishpower needed to power it.
- (Talk to Welt, optional)
- Nihilux: Mr. Yang, you seem reluctant to part with the mechatron. Want to take a few more pictures with it?
- Welt: I'm just curious... when will this giant robot be completed?
- Nihilux: Hehe, here's a little spoiler: That's actually part of today's tour! We'd like to invite the heroes of the Astral Express to help complete this mechatron statue.
- March 7th: Will it be able to move like the other mechatrons in Planarcadia once it's done?
- Nihilux: That's... I'm afraid it'll be a bit tricky. You're probably all aware that mechatrons are imagenae driven by Wishpower, which means they don't actually have any complex machinery inside them.
- Nihilux: You know how humans tend to unconsciously imagine inanimate objects as living things that can think and move? It's this empathetic projection that grants Wishpower to mechatrons, no, to all imagenae, giving them life.
So what's wrong with this giant mechatron, then?
I'm thinkin' this big ol' bot oughta be able to move too, yeah?
- Nihilux: Think away, but one person's thoughts alone won't cut it. The bigger the imagenae, the more Wishpower needed to sustain it.
- Nihilux: We'd need to break free from the mental shackles of "impossibility" to bring such a massive imagenae to life. That in turn requires stories filled with the grandest of wishes and imaginations that know no bounds.
- Nihilux: Alas! Modern humans think way too practically. People can't help but wonder: "How does such a huge mechatron even move? Given how massive it is, why doesn't it just collapse under its own weight?"
- Nihilux: The tiniest seed of doubt, and the giant mechatron, standing tall astride the earth becomes nothing but an impossibility. Maybe it'd have a better chance of coming to life in a more primitive society.
- Welt: Truly, a pity.
- Nihilux: Cheer up! Today's your chance to finish building this massive mechatron! Think of how many robot enthusiasts would kill for this kind of opportunity!
- Sequence 05The "Daybreak Squadron" line was Pearluxe's top-selling mechatron toy series. In her spare time, Nihilux admitted to funneling all her savings into a "mining" project that used stolen computing power from Nous.
- (Investigate the two mechs, optional)
- Nihilux: There's a saying that goes: Dreams of wealth, the heart of a hero, and countless efforts all lead to Pearluxe Corp.
- Nihilux: Whether you're a kid or an adult, everyone has their own sweet dreams: Becoming a hero who saves the world from evil forces! Merging with a giant mechatron to unleash awesome ultimate moves! Pearluxe Corp sells these dreams and makes a killing off of them.
- Nihilux: If I could have everyone's attention, you can buy models of Pearluxe Corp's mechatrons in this area, among them, is the best-selling "Daybreak Squadron" series.
- March 7th: Wow, look at this... it's so intricate! No wonder Mr. Yang's got mechatrons on the brain.
- Welt: I very much envy the kids here in Planarcadia. Back in my day, robot toys were still quite the luxury.
- Nihilux: Haha, seeing all your eyes light up like that reminded me that I too was once young.
- Nihilux: Back then, there was a stretch when I was so broke that I'd spend ages debating whether to buy a carton of milk from the convenience store. I kept telling myself that I had to work hard so I could get rich someday.
- March 7th: Soooo... Did you manage to get rich?
- Nihilux: After years of hard work and hustling, at the very least, I'm no longer young.
You are both young and beautiful.
- Nihilux: Aww, aren't you the sweetest! But I do have my secret to staying young...
- Nihilux: That is, lying about your actual age. Keep that in mind, just in case! *ahem* Now, back to the grind...
You also ended up in the hands of Pearluxe Corp.
- Nihilux: That's not true! Let me tell you a secret: I actually have other identities and side gigs.
- Welt: Oh? Don't tell me you have another business venture outside your job at Pearluxe Corp?
- Nihilux: Hehe... it's not really a business, just a small side hustle.
- Nihilux: I wouldn't call it striking it rich, but I'm pretty close to making a sweet little profit.
- March 7th: Don't keep us in suspense, Miss Nihilux! Just spill the beans, pretty please?
- Nihilux: You might not believe this, but I have some friends who've been trying to create a decentralized digital currency to fight against the IPC's credit system.
- Welt: Are these people from Punklorde—
- Nihilux: That's right, these people are from the Nomadic Miners faction. They've discovered a way to hijack Nous' computing power for mining and are digging up a limited supply of Learned Coins. And I have gone all-in with everything I got on this project!
- Welt: I feel like... this is a very risky way of doing things.
- Nihilux: Haha, life's full of ups and downs, right? The higher the risk, the bigger the reward!
- Sequence 06Nihilux showed off the "Alloy King Pom-Pom" figures and offered to give the Express a gold-plated prototype as a souvenir. In return, she wanted a picture with you in front of the headless mechatron statue.
- (Investigate Alloy King Pom-Pom)
- March 7th: Hey, wait... This, this isn't right! Isn't this Pom-Pom!?
- Welt: Oh wow, that's some really fine craftsmanship.
- Nihilux: This is a toy model of Alloy King Pom-Pom, which hasn't been officially released to the market yet. But just you wait, you'll see even cooler toys coming up later.
- March 7th: Are you sure there's no copyright issue with this thing!?
- Nihilux: Uh... actually, this is Pom-Pom from Fluffy Across the Blue, which is totally unrelated to the Pom-Pom from Astral Express.
That still means they're related!
- Nihilux: King Pom-Pom and Pom-Pom are different characters. You really shouldn't be making cross-franchise comparisons!
Copyright stuff is really complicated, huh...
- Welt: You got that right. Intellectual property is one of the most complicated things in the world.
- Nihilux: With the best legal team in the universe at our service, I'm sure all copyright issues will be a breeze, unless the IPC wants them to be an issue.
Why is it called King Pom-Pom?
- Nihilux: As the conductor, Pom-Pom is basically the uncrowned king of the Astral Express, I'd say? We can't exactly call them Pom-Pom Kong, can we?
- Nihilux: Hmm, speaking of souvenirs for the Express, I bet nothing could be more perfect than this toy!
- Nihilux: But if it feels a bit one-sided if I'm the only one giving a gift here [sic]
- Nihilux: I have a small favor to ask: (Trailblazer), would you mind taking a photo with me by that headless mechatron statue over there? And maybe signing the photo too? I'd love to leave it as a memento for the staff at Pearluxe Corp. How's that sound?
- Nihilux: If you're willing, I can pull a few strings and use my access privileges to give you all the gold-plated prototype of the yet-to-be-released "King Pom-Pom: Alloy Armor 999," the only one in the entire universe. Just give it a thought, (Trailblazer)!
Sounds like a sweet deal!
- March 7th: A one-of-a-kind souvenir in the entire universe, our conductor will definitely love it!
As expected of a P30 agent!
- Nihilux: It's nothing, really. When heroes from the Astral Express grace our humble establishment, how could we not offer something special? It would be unworthy of your status otherwise.
- March 7th: It's all up to you, (Trailblazer)!
- Nihilux: Come on, let's go~
Go to the mechatron photography area
- Sequence 07If you positioned yourself just right behind the sculpture, you'd look exactly like a mechatron pilot. March 7th told you to strike a pose for the camera.
- (Go to mission location)
- A Pearluxe-Corp-themed sculpture for taking group photos. You can go behind the sculpture and place your amazing face in an appropriate spot... Adjust the camera to a suitable angle, and you'll look like a mechatron warrior.
- March 7th: Man and mechatron in perfect harmony! Ready to take a photo?
- (Trailblazer): I'm ready.
Take a commemorative photo with the tour guide Nihilux
- Sequence 08Nihilux was thrilled with the photo and wanted it for her private collection. To keep you quiet about this, she offered everyone a standard "Alloy King Pom-Pom" kit and led the way to the checkout counter.
- (Take a photo)
- Nihilux: Hehehe, I love this one so much! I suddenly have this selfish urge to keep it all to myself.
- March 7th: And don't forget about that exclusive gift you promised!
- Nihilux: You bet! In fact, I'll throw in a normal edition for each one of you as hush money! Come on, let's head to checkout.
Head to the checkout
- Sequence 09Using Pearl's employee ID, Nihilux cleared the charges. With more to see on the tour, she arranged for the gifts to be delivered straight to the Express.
- (Go to the cashier)
- Pearluxe Corp Cashier: How are you doing? It's my pleasure to serve you.
- Nihilux: I'd like to present each of our three distinguished guests from the Astral Express with an "Alloy King Pom-Pom" toy model as a gift.
- Pearluxe Corp Cashier: Sure, you got it. For the gift expense record, could you please provide your employee ID?
- Nihilux: Please charge these expenses to this employee ID.
- Pearluxe Corp Cashier: Huh, this is... Madam Pearl's ID number!?
Pearl's ID number?- Nihilux: After all, you are esteemed guests invited by Madam Pearl herself. It would only be fitting for the gifts to be presented in her name.
- Pearluxe Corp Cashier: I see, please wait a moment.
- Picture missing
- Pearluxe Corp Cashier: Your "Alloy King Pom-Pom" is all packed up. Would you like to take it with you, or shall we use our delivery service?
- Nihilux: Since we still have the tour to go through, please just have it delivered to the Astral Express.
- Pearluxe Corp Cashier: No problem! Hope you enjoy your visit here!
Visit the Mechatron Design Studio
- (Obtain

King Pom-Pom: Alloy Armor 999 ×1) - Nihilux: Now that the gifts are done, I'll take you to the mechatron design lab.
- Welt: This is the part I've been looking forward to the most.
- Sequence 10Cinderborne from the Daybreak Squadron was stoked to meet the Crew, claiming to be your number-one fan and challenging you to a synchronized mechatron combat. First, though, Nihilux invited you to try the assembly line and produce your very own mini-mechatron.
- (Go to mission location)
- Young Man in Gray: Ah! You're the—
- Young Man in Gray: No way, you're... (Mr./
Miss) Raccoon! Ah... no, that's not right, you're (Trailblazer) from the Astral Express! Wow! And is Miss March Bunny herself here too? - March 7th: ...Hi, I actually prefer to be called by my real name, March 7th. This is Mr. Yang.
- Young Man in Gray: How lucky to meet three members of the Express Crew at once! I'm a huge fan of you all, especially my senior (Trailblazer)! I haven't missed a single episode of Fluffy Across the Blue, and I've even bought all the collector's editions!
- March 7th: How could this guy say he likes (Trailblazer) more than me to my face... Good thing I'm not that petty.
- Welt: Don't worry, March. It's hard to tell if people in this world love the real Express Crew, or just the cute animal crew from The Fluffy.
- Young Man in Gray: I don't just follow The Fluffy series! I've been keeping tabs on all your adventures in Belobog, the Xianzhou, Penacony, and Amphoreus! Though it's such a shame there's so little video footage of the Amphorean War online.
- Young Man in Gray: Oh right, I just rewatched the scene where the Trailblazer embarked on another trailblazing expedition in Holy Grail/stay night! Your speech was so inspiring!
Aw, stop it, you're making me blush.
I couldn't have made it this far without some team effort!
- Young Man in Gray: Such modesty from a legendary hero. What a stellar role model for all of us!
- Young Man in Gray: Oh right, I have a precious trashcan in my collection at home. If I'd've known I'd meet my senior (Trailblazer) today, I'd have brought that can with me.
- Young Man in Gray: Could I ask for your autograph, if that's okay with you? J-just sign my clothes, please! I'm never gonna wash this ever again!
- Nihilux: Haha, you're acting exactly like me from ten minutes ago, kid.
- Nihilux: Don't worry, (Trailblazer) won't fly away just yet. As for you, you've been chattering away nonstop... How about giving us a proper introduction so that your idol gets to know you better.
- Young Man in Gray: Sorry! I got way too excited!
- Young Man in Gray: I'm Warrior Cinderborne from Daybreak Squadron, and my real name... well, my real name doesn't matter. Just call me Cinderborne!
- Cinderborne: If you're not in a hurry, would you mind chatting with me for a bit?
I actually don't know much about Daybreak Squadron...
- Welt: Daybreak Squadron is the most popular superhero drama in Fulwish TV's Mechatron Warrior Series, following the story of young heroes fighting alongside mechatrons against the Shadow Slither to save Planarcadia.
- Cinderborne: I never expected... Mr. Yang to be so familiar with our story's background!
- Welt: After all, I'm a loyal fan of your show.
- Cinderborne: I'm truly honored!
So what do you usually get up to around here?
- Cinderborne: I'm just a small-time actor, playing a hero on TV. And like how my senior (Trailblazer)'s deeds inspired me, Daybreak Squadron has also motivated people to fight against all challenges in real life!
- Cinderborne: Recently, Fulwish TV got approval from the Department of Aberration Defense, so now the "Magico Mechatron: Daybreak Warriors" from the show can operate in reality. My friends and I are just honored to fight alongside the real Bullet Wyrm!
- March 7th: Sorry, I didn't quite understand that. So, are you still an actor or not?
- Cinderborne: How should I put this... My teammates and I are both actors AND real masked heroes! Whenever disaster strikes the city or evil threatens citizens, we show up alongside mechatron warriors to protect everyone!
What brings you to Pearluxe Corp today?
- Cinderborne: I'm here today to test a mechatron's performance and do some advertising shoots while I'm at it.
- Nihilux: Fulwish TV and Pearluxe Corp have always been partners. Even the squad's transformation mechatron is imagenated by Pearluxe Corp.
- Nihilux: The more popular Daybreak Squadron's drama becomes, the more Wishpower flows into the mechatrons, making the squad shine even brighter in reality. And the more active they are, the better Pearluxe Corp's model kits sell. It's a perfect virtuous cycle!
Shouldn't we continue with the tour now?- Cinderborne: Sorry for taking up your precious time with all this chit-chat!
- Cinderborne: If the Crew hasn't visited the combat testing area yet, I'd like to volunteer myself as my senior (Trailblazer)'s opponent for the test, if that's alright with you?
Is that really okay?
Wouldn't it cause damage to the place?
- Cinderborne: Of course I know your bat could send us all flying with a single hit. This time, we'd like to invite you to experience synchronized mechatron combat!
- Cinderborne: The hero of the Astral Express gracing us with guidance and leaving some data would surely make the staff here very happy!
- Nihilux: Oh, what perfect timing! The combat testing area is also part of today's tour.
- March 7th: Haha, (Trailblazer), that's the weight of fame for ya! Don't let down those kids who look up to you.
- (Trailblazer): Honestly, that's my weakness, I can't allow myself to let adorable kids down.
- Nihilux: First have everyone take part in the assembly process for the mechatron in the control room...
- Nihilux: Then, using this mechatron as a template, we'll build a smaller unit for (Trailblazer) so (he/
she) can try out the combat test program.
- Nihilux: So follow me, everyone!
- Sequence 11Mechatrons, the only imagenae capable of mass production, were first designed by Pearluxe Entertainment fifteen years ago. The process began by printing a "mechatron structure blueprint."
- (Go to mission location)
- Nihilux: This is Pearluxe Corp's Mechatron Imagenesis Design Lab.
- Nihilux: Fifteen years ago, the first mechatrons of Planarcadia were born here, and they immediately gained widespread social influence upon their debut.
- Nihilux: Today, mechatrons have become the most common and iconic symbol throughout the streets.
- Nihilux: You could say that mechatrons are the first, and currently only, imagenae that can be mass-produced on assembly lines.
Does Planarcadia really need that many mechatrons?
- Nihilux: Imagenae such as mechatrons, which can be produced and discontinued at will, are the perfect residents for Planarcadia, and perhaps, the perfect IPC employees too.
- Nihilux: In some people's eyes, being able to create an infinite army of mechatrons would be even better.
Pearluxe Corp have changed Planarcadia.
- Nihilux: Hmm, Pearluxe Corp has indeed driven the modernization of imagenae in Planarcadia.
- Nihilux: Who knows, maybe even stranger imagenae will be created in the future!
- Nihilux: Say, dear guests, do you know what the first step is to creating an imagenae in Planarcadia?
Drawing the physical form.
- Nihilux: As expected of the Nameless, you're quite knowledgeable about the customs and culture of the world you've set foot in.
Making a wish to Aha.
- Nihilux: Sorry, but THEY're out of the service area right now. Actually, it's about drawing the physical form...
Submitting an application to the Department of Aberration Defense?
- Nihilux: ...Well, in a way, that answer isn't exactly wrong.
- Nihilux: But just like how human laws can't control wind and rain, an average of 220,000 unauthorized imagenae come into existence each year through humanity's intentional or unintentional creation, and the Department of Aberration Defense can only turn a blind eye.
- Nihilux: Drawing the physical form means humans using brushes to give shape to fictional beings, which was originally the domain of professional artists.
- Nihilux: But here, collective creation and standardized mechatron blueprints have replaced traditional artwork, improving standardized workflow efficiency and reducing Wishpower resource waste. In short, this is THE industrial revolution everyone's been chasing.
- March 7th: To think that even imagenesis, a skill as magical as this... could be industrialized. I'm suddenly starting to admire the IPC.
- Nihilux: That's nothing! Our company aims to create 2 billion mechatrons for social production and public services before Arcadian Calendar 2030, and that includes special combat mechatrons like the Daybreak Squadron!
- Welt: That's a staggering number, but can the Wishpower of the people here really sustain so many imagenae?
- Nihilux: That's why Pearluxe Corp keeps churning out animations and hero shows one after another. In other places, these are just entertainment, but here, they're legit breeding grounds for spiritual energy.
- Nihilux: All of this shall serve Madam Pearl's grand goals and ideals!
- Nihilux: Alright, back to square one. First step, let's go print the mechatron structure blueprint.
Print the mechatron structure blueprint
- Sequence 12The automated system generated the blueprint per your specs. Nihilux remarked that the true purpose of any invention isn't the results of creation, but the "Elation" found in the process.
- (Investigate Chassis Configuration System)
- Imagenesis Automated System: Please adjust the mechatron design parameters according to your needs.
Pretend to adjust the parameters, then restore to default.
Open the preset parameters and carefully pick a set.
Keep fine-tuning each parameter until satisfied...- Imagenesis Automated System: Mechatron assembly blueprint updated, processing...
- Imagenesis Automated System: Printing...
- While waiting for the blueprint to generate, it suddenly hits you: This is just a trial project.
- (Trailblazer): Could it be that no matter how much I adjust it, the final printout always comes out exactly the same?
- Nihilux: Your suspicion makes sense... But please answer my question first: Which do you prefer, the sense of achievement that comes from hard work, or the convenience of getting things done easily?
The sense of achievement that comes from hard work.
The convenience of getting things done easily.
I want them BOTH!- Nihilux: You got that right! The fully automated imagenesis blueprint design system perfectly matches your needs. You can meticulously adjust every parameter, or just hit one button to skip it all, and the automated system will always produce results that meet the standards.
- Nihilux: Amazing, right? Just like how the inventors on Planet Screwllum used to ask themselves: If all their inventions were already pre-recorded in the Supreme Punch Tape, what's the point of inventing in the first place?
- Imagenesis Automated System: Printing complete. Please retrieve your blueprint.
- Nihilux: What you just said is the answer: It's not about the results of creation, but the "Elation" we experience in the process.
Submit the mechatron structure blueprint
- Sequence 13Once you submitted the blueprint, the mechatron parts were prepped. Nihilux then guided you through the assembly of your very own "MagiMech: Daybreak Warriors."
- (Approach Pearluxe Corp Staff)
- Pearluxe Corp Staff: Hello, please show me your mechatron assembly blueprint.
- (Submit blueprint)
- Pearluxe Corp Staff: No problem, the blueprint has been recorded. The mechatron parts are ready to go. Hope you enjoy the experience!
Mr. Yang, you're not coming along?
March, aren't you coming along?
- March 7th: Nah, you should take Mr. Yang with you instead!
- Welt: No, no, March and I will just watch you play from the side.
- Nihilux: Now then, (Trailblazer), please follow my guidance to complete the mechatron assembly.
- Nihilux: This experience mainly involves assembling three parts: The arm, the shoulder armor, and the Daybreak Blade on the back of the mechatron.
- Nihilux: Go for it, (Trailblazer)! Assemble the "Magico Mechatron: Daybreak Warriors" and save our city!
- (Trailblazer): Alright everyone, I'm heading out!
Assemble the mechatron and save the city
Step DescriptionWhy do people dream of giant humanoid machines? They're clearly impractical and unrealistic. But once you climb into the cockpit, everything might just feel different.
So if the calling to save the world still stirs within you, young Trailblazers, heed that call!
- (Talk to Welt Yang, optional)
- Welt: Go ahead. March and I will watch you play from the side.
- (Talk to March 7th, optional)
- March 7th: Go now. Your little fans are waiting for you.
- (Enter Interplanar Jump!)
- Nihilux: The first step of assembly is to remove each part from the frame one by one.
- Nihilux: Nippers, hobby knife, sandpaper, sanding stick... Pearluxe doesn't provide any of these.
- Nihilux: But don't worry! The explosive device will solve all your problems, just step on it bravely!
- Nihilux: It may look brutal, but it leaves no burrs. And that's the magic that we at Pearluxe Corp are so proud of!
- Nihilux: Next, please activate the mechanical maintenance arm and align it with the shoulder joint base to connect the arm.
- Nihilux: Good, we're done with the arm for now.
- Nihilux: Next, activate the mobile maintenance rack and adjust the mech armor to the shoulder armor panel position.
- Nihilux: Just like before, the first step is to remove the parts from the frame.
- Nihilux: Artificial gravity field adjusting, please exercise caution.
- Nihilux: Activate the thruster and push the shoulder armor towards the unit interface.
- Nihilux: Beautiful, absolutely beautiful! This giant mechatron is truly the soul of Pearluxe Corp!
- Nihilux: Now for the final part. Please install the Daybreak Blade on its back.
- Nihilux: Aim at the mounting point on the back, and fire!
- Nihilux: Awaken! Daybreak Blade!
- Nihilux: Mission accomplished! The colossal mechatron you built with your own hands will now stand proudly in the center of this hall!
- Nihilux: The great hero of the Astral Express has graced this place, left behind a blueprint, and even contributed their own inspiration to the completion of the mechatron statue! What outstanding promotional material this is for the marketing department.
- Nihilux: Heh heh, a new hero is born right here.
- Nihilux: Step forth, (Mr./
Miss) (Trailblazer), and become the Guardian of Planarcadia!
Become a mechatron warrior to save the city
Step DescriptionMagiMech: Daybreak Warriors
Sync Rate: 100%
Laser Weaponry Check: Not Equipped
Base Output: Designer claims 700 tons
Thruster Load Limit: 90 tons
Current Energy Reserves: 99%
Backup Hidden Energy: Standby
- Sequence 14As your sync rate climbed, you successfully linked with the mini-mechatron. Now, it was time to jump into the test sandpit and see how the mechatron handled in combat.
- (Interact with the mech)
- Mechanical Voice: Powerful Wishpower supply entity detected, initiating link...
- Mechanical Voice: Mechatron synchronization rate... 15%.
- (Trailblazer): Assembly complete. Could the next step be...?
- Nihilux: That's right! With the completion of mechatron assembly, it's time for some heart-pounding combat!
- Mechanical Voice: Mechatron synchronization rate... 39%... 42%...
- Nihilux: Your little fanboy, Cinderborne, is eagerly awaiting some pointers from you!
- Nihilux: While we can't power up this big guy, I've printed a small unit. Now, it's time to show you how a mechatron fights.
- (Trailblazer): I... merged with the mechatron? Where... where am I now?
- Nihilux: Why of course, it's the Combat Testing Sandbox!
- Nihilux: Look! Those dazzling colors are like an express train traversing through the stars!
- Nihilux: Enhanced full-body armor, a steadfast shield for the people!
- Nihilux: Roar! Let your blazing soul ignite!
- Nihilux: What a powerful strike!
- Nihilux: That's our hero, (Trailblazer)!
- Nihilux: This strike carries the hopes of all citizens! HYAAAAAAH!
- Nihilux: What!? Our hero got blocked by an illegal building! City!? What are you doing!
- Nihilux: No choice left! Smash it to pieces, hero!
- Nihilux: Just focus on dealing with the city's crisis and let Madam Pearl worry about the compensation!
- Nihilux: Duomension City has made it through the worst of it! Hero, now it's your call. Do we press on, or wipe out the monsters entirely? Hero, you decide!
- Nihilux: The monsters that were hiding here seem to have been reduced to nothing.
- Nihilux: Who is it? Who could it be? Is that...
- Sequence 15The entire Daybreak Squadron made their grand entrance and challenged you to a fight. They hoped that if they won, you would agree to become their honorary fifth member. Cinderborne asked you to show no mercy and give them a real fight.
- (Approach the 4 mechs)
- Blazeweaver: Could it be the one and only Trailblazer (Trailblazer) of the Astral Express walking towards us?
That's right, please call me Galactic Baseballer.
- Blazeweaver: Galactic Baseballer, we've been expecting you!
Whoa, what's with that crazy getup over there?
- Dawnlance: This is Daybreak Squadron's mechatron. Pretty cool, huh?
You can still recognize me in this form?
- Cinderborne: You bet! After all, you're our beloved hero!
- Nihilux: Although the giant shadow crisis in Duomension City has been dispelled, the real battle for you and the Daybreak Squadron is only just beginning.
- Nihilux: ...As the old and new generations of superheroes, you will face off here to determine the victor!
- Blazeweaver: Forged by raging fire! Burn away the darkness! The star that sets the world ablaze—Blazeweaver!
- Azurewing: Slice through the skies! Wings of lightning! From the blue heavens descend—Azurewing!
- Dawnlance: Shatter the eternal night! Light blazing bright! The radiant vow of hope—Dawnlance!
- Cinderborne: Cut through despair! Unyielding blade of steel! Edge that never fades—Cinderborne! You can do it, friend!
- Daybreak Squadron: Darkness wanes, and dawn awakens! The Daybreak Squadron arises!
Daybreak Squadron! That was so cool!
Hold on, where are we in the story now?
This is so cringe! What's going on?- Blazeweaver: This is an official challenge from the Daybreak Squadron, great hero of the Astral Express!
- Blazeweaver: (Trailblazer), if we defeat you, we hope you'll accept our invitation to become the "Honorary Phantom Fifth Member of the Daybreak Squadron" and help us safeguard the peace of Planarcadia!
Don't worry, I won't lose.
- Blazeweaver: I admire your confidence.
Nah, I still want to continue Trailblazing...
- Cinderborne: Honorary! It's an honorary position!
He's already gray. So, what other color can I use?
- Dawnlance: Pink, Green... we've got tons of colors, you can set any RGB value you want!
- Blazeweaver: Hey Gray, didn't you have something to tell your hero? Now's your perfect chance!
- Cinderborne: My friend, (Trailblazer), you know what? Every time I transform into a mechatron, I imagine I'm you. I think about what you would do when facing danger. It is your adventure stories that give me strength...
- Cinderborne: So I'll give it my all from now on. Please don't hold back!
Cut the chatter. Let's get to it!
In that case, let me give you some pointers!- Blazeweaver: Now then...
- Daybreak Squadron: Let's settle this on the horizon where the Phantasmoon rises.
- (Begin battle against)
-
- Azurewing: Let the two of us see what you're made of.
- Dawnlance: Come on! One and only Trailblazer (Trailblazer).
- Azurewing: As expected of the Astral Express hero... so powerful!
- (Phase II)
- Dawnlance: Boss, Gray, I'll leave the rest to you!
- Cinderborne: The honor is mine to cross blades with you!
- Blazeweaver: As heroes, we'll never back down.
- Cinderborne: This strike contains all my respect! Bring it on!
- Nihilux: ...What? Even the invincible (Trailblazer) is reaching (his/
her) limit!? - Nihilux: Listen! Those are the people's wishes, power converging as one! That is... limitless possibility!
- (Trailblazer): Everyone's wishes... I've received them all!
- (Trailblazer): Trailblaze... INFINITY...
- (Battle ends)

- (Cutscene ends)
- Sequence 17Nihilux complimented your performance, asking if you enjoyed your time in the studio. She noted the Daybreak Squadron was waiting for a pep talk from their senior.
- Nihilux: You really got into character! (Trailblazer), that was some great acting!
- (Trailblazer): Eh... Were we just fighting in a film studio?
- Nihilux: Haha, don't tell me you actually thought you were fighting them in a real city? That ain't gonna happen. Madam Pearl's insurance fund would collapse!
- Nihilux: It doesn't matter if it was a real fight or a fake one. What matters is your experience: Did you have fun?
Heck yeah, I wish I could go for another round.
- Nihilux: The user gave us a five-star review. Thank you for your kind feedback! Your satisfaction and approval are our greatest motivators!
Meh, just so-so.
- Nihilux: Uh... anyway, I'll just take it as a default 5-star review. Hope to serve you again next time.
- (Trailblazer): ...How could you just automatically give it a positive rating?
- Nihilux: Looks like the Daybreak Squadron is waiting for you. You gave them quite a combat lesson, it appears! Why don't you go share a few words with those youngsters?
- (Unlock Achievement I'll be the Head!)
Step DescriptionThe hardships of your journey have forged the hero's title you now bear. Though bitter the path, there are still those who've witnessed your radiance and chosen to walk the same road.
At the very least, take pride in that, successor of Akivili.
- (Talk to Nihilux again, optional)
- Nihilux: Looks like the Daybreak Squadron is waiting for you. You gave them quite a combat lesson, it appears! Why don't you go share a few words with those youngsters?
- Sequence 18Cinderborne confessed he'd been a fan long before joining the squadron and hoped he'd made a mark on you today. To wrap things up, Captain Blazeweaver invited you for a group photo with the entire Daybreak Squadron.
- (Chat with the Daybreak Squadron)
- Cinderborne: As expected of my senior (Trailblazer), that was awesome! My life is now complete...
- Dawnlance: Before joining Daybreak Squadron, Gray had always been your fan.
- Blazeweaver: That kid knows every story about the Astral Express like the back of his hand, and he's always looked up to you as his role model... Even as his leader, I'm nowhere near as important to him as you are.
- Blazeweaver: What an amazing battle! Well, more than beating you, we were hoping Gray would leave a lasting impression on you.
- Blazeweaver: After all, being remembered by their idol is the highest form of praise for a fan, isn't it?
Your team really gets along well.
- Cinderborne: Oh, you bet! Besides my senior (Trailblazer), my teammates in the Daybreak Squadron are the ones I trust the most.
I will remember this battle today.
- Cinderborne: I'm already satisfied just knowing that the name Cinderborne will remain in my senior (Trailblazer)'s memory.
- Azurewing: It's a shame though... if (Trailblazer) could really become the fifth member of our team, our recognition would rise even further... after all, many people still think we're just playing hero.
- Dawnlance: That's only because we haven't done anything truly heroic yet...
- Blazeweaver: Don't worry! Given the state of Duomension City, a mind-blowing crisis is bound to happen sooner or later. And that's when we'll get our chance to shine! Haha.
- Azurewing: Yeah, just yesterday I rescued five people from a gas explosion. Hope they recover soon and spread the word about how awesome Daybreak Squadron is!
- Cinderborne: There you go again, casually saying the strangest things!
- Cinderborne: Like the Astral Express, we don't need to act to prove something so long as we stay true to our own path. Sooner or later, Daybreak Squadron will be recognized by everyone!
- Blazeweaver: Haha, silly you! Is the Astral Express all you ever think about? Why don't you just go join the Express as one of the Nameless!
- Cinderborne: Come on, don't make fun of me! I'm still just a rookie. How could I possibly be worthy of boarding the Express and fighting alongside seasoned veterans?
So long as you stay true to your own path...
You guys are all remarkable heroes.- (Trailblazer): Anyone who perseveres in their own life is a hero indeed!
- Cinderborne: ...
- Cinderborne: Thanks for your guidance, Trailblazer!
- Cinderborne: And lastly, I wonder if you could take a picture with the rest of us?
- Blazeweaver: Hahaha, Trailblazer (Trailblazer), please take a photo together with us!
- Cinderborne: Woah... my senior (Trailblazer) is so close to me that my heart's beating like crazy...
- Nihilux: Three... Two... One...
- Daybreak Squadron: Darkness wanes, and dawn awakens! The Daybreak Squadron arises!
- Nihilux: Time's about up. We should meet with Madam Pearl now.
- Nihilux: Oh right, wanna say goodbye to your big fan before we go?
Time to say goodbye to Cinderborne
- Sequence 19Cinderborne shared his dream of becoming a hero like you and bringing joy to the people of Planarcadia alongside his friends. You gave him some words of encouragement and signed the group photo as a keepsake.
- (Chat with the Daybreak Squadron)
- Blazeweaver: Blue, Yellow, you guys were amazing back there. If we record this for promo material, we'll definitely get a ton of new followers!
- Azurewing: Hehe, if only we could've beaten the Nameless... We were actually so close during that mechatron fight.
- Cinderborne: What are you talking about? There's no way we could've beaten (Trailblazer)!
- Dawnlance: Well... It's not entirely impossible, I'd say. Ever since I converted, I feel like both my mind and body have become so much lighter! Gray, you really should join us and do the same...
- Blazeweaver: Haha, Gray, being a masked hero means facing all kinds of dangers. You'd definitely feel pretty bad if you couldn't contribute your strength to the team when we needed you the most!
- Blazeweaver: Oh, looks like your idol's here to see you. We'll wait for you backstage, Gray.
- Cinderborne: Senior (Trailblazer).
You good?
- Cinderborne: Me? I'm fine, totally fine. It was no surprise that you took us down without breaking a sweat.
Sorry, I didn't go easy on you just now.
- Cinderborne: Huh? Why the sudden apology? It's fine. It was no surprise that you took us down without breaking a sweat.
- Cinderborne: It's me... I'm just too weak... I'm always hesitant, whether in combat or dealing with life. Even though I know I can never become an amazing hero like you, (Trailblazer), I've always been trying my best to get closer to being like you.
- Cinderborne: It's a bit embarrassing to admit, but no one ever taught me the principles of how to live and behave growing up. I dropped out of high school pretty early and started hanging out with street gangs. Every time I threw a punch to intimidate someone, I thought I was being a hero.
- Cinderborne: But when I saw how scared those people were, I had this nagging feeling that maybe I was doing something wrong.
- Cinderborne: Later, when I read about the Astral Express story online... and learned about your legendary deeds, (Trailblazer), I finally understood what it meant to be a true hero. Looking back at how... immature and awful I was, I made up my mind to leave my old organization.
- Cinderborne: Now, I too have a chance to become a hero like you. Together with my brothers and sisters in the Daybreak Squadron, I can bring happy smiles to residents of Planarcadia and protect them whenever danger appears...
- Cinderborne: But I'm... just too weak. I don't have the immense strength like the Express Nameless, I don't even have any special talents... Maybe I've chosen a path that doesn't really work for me.
The desire to fight for others is a strength in itself.
- (Trailblazer): I don't want to give you empty platitudes about humans triumphing over fate. But I do believe that while kindness isn't something you can learn, strength is something you can acquire...
- (Trailblazer): Your desire to fight for those around you, and your wish to bring smiles to others... that's your greatest strength.
Strength isn't the Nameless' strong suit.
- (Trailblazer): Silly you, there are plenty of powerful ones in this cosmos, but not everyone with strength chooses to become a Nameless.
- (Trailblazer): Your desire to fight for those around you, and your wish to bring smiles to others... that's a good place to start.
- Cinderborne: ...
- Cinderborne: Thank you, Trailblazer! Thanks for listening to my ramblings.
Let me give you my autograph.- Cinderborne: C-Could you please sign that famous line...
May this journey lead us starward?
- Cinderborne: That one is not bad either.
- (Trailblazer): Yeah, it was the stars that first set the Nameless on their journey. And now I can see that same starlight in your eyes.
Rules are made to be broken!
- Cinderborne: That's the one! That's exactly it!
- (Trailblazer): Rules are boundaries, and anyone who pushes beyond those boundaries becomes, in a sense, one of the Nameless.
- Cinderborne: I'll remember today for the rest of my life! Goodbye, Trailblazer. I hope by the next time we meet, I'll be a true hero just like you.
Talk to Nihilux
- Sequence 20The tour ended. Pearl was waiting to meet with you at the top of the building. Nihilux reminded you that the rules of the Phantasmoon Games never required Supplicants to compete against each other, and asked you to head to the lobby to regroup with your companions.
- (Talk to Nihilux)
- Nihilux: Well, that about wraps up today's tour. After seeing everything, what do you think?
Looks like I've got quite a few fans!- Nihilux: You're only realizing that now? That's your greatest advantage in joining the Phantasmoon Games... a story that's already spread far and wide.
Pearluxe Corp's influence is truly something else.- Nihilux: Indeed. Rather than the power to rule this world directly, that individual draws even greater strength from Pearluxe. The stories and dreams spun by this enterprise are capable of steering the future of Planarcadia, and of serving as the cradle for new imagenae.
- Nihilux: Madam Pearl is waiting for you at the top of this building to discuss matters regarding the Phantasmoon Games.
- Nihilux: Let me give you a little reminder: The rules of Phantasmoon Games have never required any competition between Supplicants.
What are you trying to say?
Hmm... you seem to be well-versed in this.- Nihilux: As an IPC employee, I've said far too much. Your friends are waiting for you in the hall. You should go meet up with them. Don't keep them waiting too long.
Meet up with March and Mr. Yang
Step DescriptionAn invitation from the Ten Stonehearts is far from a peaceful chat. The outcome of the Phantasmoon Games is at stake, along with the many crises buried within this arcadia.
Learn to counter the big shots. Take control of the game and deal with everything on your own.
- (Go through the door)
- March 7th: Over here, over here!
- Sequence 21Specialist Feld, who was supposed to greet the Express Crew, finally caught up with you all, but Nihilux was then nowhere to be found. With no time to get to the bottom of things, you set off to meet with Pearl.
- (Approach March 7th and Welt)
- March 7th: Mr. Yang and I watched the whole thing on the screen!
- March 7th: Not only did you assemble the mechatron and give autographs to your fan, but you also got to live out your superhero fantasy... did you have fun, (Trailblazer)?
- March 7th: Haha, Mr. Yang's looking at you with such loving eyes, like a parent watching a kid riding on a carousel at an amusement park.
- Welt: Indeed, seeing (Trailblazer) so happy reminds me of my younger self. Those were the days...
- March 7th: What are you talking about? Mr. Yang, you're still young as ever! Oh right, we've been wandering around here for ages and seen everything there is to see. What's this Madam Pearl really up to?
- Welt: I understand everything she wanted to show us. There are just a few questions I'd like to confirm with Miss Nihilux.
- March 7th: ...Miss Nihilux? Wait, where did she go?
- Feiron: Ah, there you all are! We've been looking everywhere for you. The secretary's office sent agent Feld here to keep you company while you wait, but he said he couldn't find any of you...
What? This guy's the assigned agent?
Then who was that Miss Nihilux from earlier?
Just as I thought... that woman seems pretty suspicious.- March 7th: Wait, if Mr. Feld is the one who's supposed to meet us, then who is Miss Nihilux?
- Agent Feld: Miss Nihilux...? ...Who?
- Welt: ...agent Nihilux, an IPC ranking P30, who works at Pearluxe Corp's Imagenesis Technology Department.
- Feiron: P30? Imagenesis Technology Department? Since when did Pearluxe Corp have an Imagenesis Technology Department...
- Agent Feld: Could she be some kind of corporate spy who snuck into the building?
- Agent Feld: This is a real mess. What are those security guards even doing!? Distinguished guests, are you hurt? Or did she trick you into giving her money or anything like that?
No, not at all.
I can't believe she lied to me. I'm hurt.
Ah, I gave her an autographed photo.
Just as I thought, I knew something was off about her...
- March 7th: Why didn't you say so earlier?
- March 7th: This lady seemed totally legit. She smoothly guided us around the place like a pro. I thought she was one of your people!
- Agent Feld: I need to report this to security right away. She can't have gone far, let's catch her in the act.
- Feiron: Thank you for your help. Astral Express crew, Madam Pearl has been waiting for quite some time. If it's convenient, shall we head out now? I'll show you the way.
Go to Pearl's Office
- Feiron: Please inform Madam Pearl that the three guests from the Express will arrive shortly.
- (Talk to Feiron, optional)
- Feiron: Dear guests, please take this elevator straight to the top floor.
- (Investigate the door)

Tooltip for 18px|link=ⓘ Sequence 22The elevator ascended rapidly, carrying you to the top floor of Pearluxe Tower. Inside the office, Pearl offered a polite bow to the guests of the Astral Express.- (Cutscene begins)
-
- Welt: ...Pearl demonstrated the full process of creating a mechatron army. Based on what I saw...
- (Cutscene ends)
Speak with Pearl
Step DescriptionWith the Astral Express and the IPC joining forces, this Phantasmoon Games should be a piece of cake, right? But will such a performance, which strays so far from unpredictability, truly please that capricious deity? Or will it only incur THEIR retribution and see you toyed with?
- Sequence 23As one of the Ten Stonehearts and Planarcadia's CEO, Pearl wanted to bring the Phantasmoon Games to a swift and safe conclusion. To that end, she wanted to know your ultimate goal in joining the Phantasmoon Games.
- Pearl: Hello, guests from the Astral Express, nice to see you again.
- Welt: Thank you for your gracious hospitality, Madam Pearl.
- Pearl: I understand there was a minor incident in the lower lobby, involving someone impersonating a Pearluxe employee. I hope it didn't spoil your enjoyment.
- March 7th: We're fine, don't worry about us. But how are things with you? Did you lose any valuable tech, blueprints, or top secret information?
- Pearl: No, Pearluxe's data firewall remains untouched, and all assets under security network surveillance are intact. The only change is an additional expense claim under my employee ID.
- Pearl: ...Never mind, I can make a preliminary assessment that this was the result of someone's momentary impulse.
- Pearl: Lately, mishaps have been piling up like dark clouds before a downpour, casting shadows of uncertainty over my plans.
- Welt: Could you be referring to... the Herald of Death?
- Pearl: Thirty-three citizens were found dead in the Dovebrook District. In addition, an IPC Specialist assigned to negotiate the purchase of a "Mask of Elation" died in an unexpected incident. This party has made overt threats to public order and is clearly challenging the IPC. My intuition tells me this is only the beginning.
- Pearl: Managing capital and managing a corporation share one thing in common, that is, an aversion to risk and a pursuit of stability. And I bear both responsibilities.
- Pearl: As the executive officer of Planarcadia, I bear an inescapable responsibility for the safety of this world.
- Pearl: As one of the Ten Stonehearts, I hope to bring the Phantasmoon Games to a swift and safe conclusion.
- Pearl: Rather than staging another dangerous battle like what happened at Graphia Academy, I hope the Supplicants can show the people of this world miracles of joy and happiness instead of sorrow and rage during the Phantasmoon Games.
- Pearl: Therefore, I'd like to hear the Express's request. (Trailblazer), please tell me...
- Pearl: What's your ultimate goal for joining the Phantasmoon Games?
- Sequence 24You told Himeko that if you win the Phantasmoon Games, you would give up sharing Aha's power and instead ask THEM to become the leader of the "Anti-Destruction Alliance." Pom-Pom believed Aha would agree to that.
- Before setting off, you spoke to Himeko about your goals for the Phantasmoon Games...
- Himeko: (Trailblazer), you mentioned earlier that you wanted to talk about the Phantasmoon Games with me?
About the goal of Phantasmoon Games.
About our final request.- (Trailblazer): Hmm, I'd like to talk about our ultimate goal for participating in the Phantasmoon Games.
- Himeko: Got something in mind?
- (Trailblazer): I think the rules and rewards for the Phantasmoon Games are a little too vague.
- Himeko: Hmm. That's exactly what I thought when I joined the games fifteen years ago. These games allow Supplicants to do anything, good or evil... As a result, everything that unfolds in the course of these games exists beyond control.
- Himeko: What's more vague, is what can winners do when they share the power of "the Elation"? According to legends and historical records from Ahatopia, victors typically first witness the manifestation of Aha THEMSELVES.
- Himeko: THEY listen to the victor's wishes and grant them permission to use THEIR power. And the applications of this power seem to be boundlessly vast. When faced with countless choices, the situation becomes even more thorny than having no choice at all.
- Himeko: Sometimes I wonder, if we had agreed to become the leader of the Anti-Destruction Alliance, how would this trip have turned out...
I want Aha to be the leader.- (Trailblazer): If I win, I'll give up sharing Aha's power and ask THEM to be the leader of the Anti-Destruction Alliance.
- Himeko: ...
- Himeko: HAHAHA, that's such a hilarious idea. I can totally picture it!
I'm being dead serious.
I'm not joking around.- Himeko: Hmm, I get it. That's actually a brilliant idea.
- Himeko: To begin with, this is far more meaningful than taking up a god's authority and squandering it freely for a single minute.
- Himeko: Secondly, placing an Aeon on the righteous cause of opposing the universe's greatest threat is something neither the IPC nor the god itself could reasonably object to.
- Himeko: Finally, this would also help us avoid the risk we currently face: cooperating with the IPC while remaining wary of being drawn into its ambitions during the operation of the "Anti-Destruction Alliance."
- Himeko: If we handle the negotiations well, perhaps Aha could stand behind the Astral Express, just like our cooperation with the Xianzhou, where we could maintain distance from one another while offering support from afar.
- Himeko: The only question is: Will Aha agree?
- Pom-Pom: Don't worry about that. From what I know about THEM, THEY'll agree.
- Pom-Pom: What kind of God of Games would THEY be if THEY broke THEIR own rules? Besides, THEY still owe the Express a debt.
Is this...?- Pom-Pom: This is THEIR IOU for the Express debt from when THEY were traveling with Akivili, complete with THEIR signature and seal!

- Sequence 25Pearl did not think you stood much of a chance. She revealed she had become a Supplicant and had two other Supplicant allies on her side. That was three masks under their control. But you had Sparxie's mask and Sunday backing you up, so at that point, you were evenly matched with Pearl. She proposed an alliance and came clean about her goal in the Phantasmoon Games: to recreate Graphia's divine art of "imagenesis" and figure out how to forge a "World in Canvas."
- Pearl: So you're saying you want Aha to take on the leadership of the Anti-Destruction Alliance.
- Pearl: ...
- Pearl: ...
- Pearl: Logical extrapolation: Failed. Success rate indeterminable. This peculiar proposal nearly brought my thought process to a halt.
- Pearl: This request is far too lacking in structure, yet within an irrational context it seems to conceal a certain kind of logic—
- Pearl: ...If the universe is the Master of Elation's playground, then THEY should do something about this playground that's about to be destroyed.
- Pearl: As expected of the Trailblazer, your thinking is so... out of the box. I've learned something today, (Trailblazer).
- Pearl: However, I don't think you stand much of a chance in the games, because...
- Pearl: I've joined as a Supplicant.
So, is this gonna be a boss fight?
- Pearl: Not a single rule in the Phantasmoon Games requires Supplicants to engage in combat, so there's no need for hostility between us.
Can Intellitrons also become a Supplicant?
- Pearl: This is an age-old question: "Do Intellitrons possess a soul?"
- Pearl: The mask responded to me, which means the Elation has acknowledged that Intellitrons also have the potential to seek pleasure. And I am perhaps the first Intellitron Supplicant in the history of the Phantasmoon Games.
- March 7th: Planarcadia's administrator is... a Supplicant?
- Welt: At the same time, she has at her disposal assets of staggering magnitude... Pearluxe Corp among them.
- March 7th: With money and power on her side, wouldn't her chances of success be way higher than ours?
- Pearl: As I previously proposed to Miss Himeko: I'm willing to cooperate with the Astral Express to ensure the smooth progression of the Phantasmoon Games.
- Welt: But the Astral Express isn't your only partner, is it?
- Pearl: I have two other allies. However, you all are my most promising ones. Once the Astral Express joins, it will maximize the safety and success of this Aeonic game.
- Pearl: And I will do everything in my power to fulfill my partners' wishes, within that limited minute.
This is just like the Anti-Destruction Alliance...
She's here to recruit us...- Welt: As we told you before, our strategy is to "become a sail, advance and retreat together." The Astral Express is not a lone Supplicant, since we have our own allies in the Games.
- Pearl: An ally like Sparxie? It's true that you defeated her and took her mask. But given her typical decision-making style, Sparxie isn't exactly what you'd call a reliable ally.
Besides her mask, I also have another one.
Besides her, I have another ally.- Pearl: Hypothesis: The Synwish Syndicate's missing mask? I thought it fell into the Xianzhou's hands. Don't tell me... Yao Guang gave it to you guys?
- March 7th: That's right, three against three. We're tied at the moment.
- Pearl: With this new variable in play, I'll have to adjust my extrapolations. But the conclusion seems unchanged. After all, as the administrator of this world, I have the natural advantage in resources.
That's not necessarily an advantage.
That's your biggest weakness.- (Trailblazer): An IPC senior executive, Planarcadia's administrator, a member of the Ten Stonehearts, joining the games personally. It certainly has an intimidating ring to it. But when you think about it, isn't this identity precisely the greatest burden Madam Pearl has to overcome?
- Welt: (Trailblazer) is right, your identity is far too sensitive. You want to control these games and end it safely and quickly, but Planarcadia's citizens might not see it this way.
- Welt: All they see is the all-powerful IPC and an influential executive pulling all the strings... Your every action will be scrutinized twice over.
People don't want to see the IPC win.
People want to see heroes triumph.- Pearl: A sharp observation, I must say. Quite impressive.
- Welt: But I do not believe you yourself would overlook this. Madam Pearl, what is it that you seek to obtain from the Phantasmoon Games, at any cost?
- Pearl: What I seek is a treasure lost to this world's history...
- Pearl: I want to recreate Graphia's divine art of "Imagenesis."
- March 7th: ...Does that have something to do with painting?
- Pearl: Hard to believe, no? My birth originated from the theme assigned by the Celestial Differentiator of Planet Screwllum: "art."
- Pearl: At first, I was nothing more than a machine that imitated human paintings. For an Intellitron, generating works of art is no great challenge.
- Pearl: Day after day, I studied. Day after day, I exhausted every possibility. I could instantly analyze the proportional structure and pigment composition of any painting. I could precisely reproduce every pixel of Graphia's masterpieces, yet I could not create as she did.
- Pearl: Graphia's ultimate creation was establishing the "World in Canvas" at the end of the Phantasmoon Games. I want to understand her thoughts at that moment, and touch the essence of creation.
- Welt: Is this your personal pursuit, or the IPC's demands on this world?
- Pearl: Both. The IPC's point of view is far more pragmatic: The "World in Canvas" is a dimension that can shield us from the Antimatter Legion's warfare, and they've always been eager to master this technology.
- Welt: Unfortunately, it seems we can't convince each other to back out for now.
- Pearl: Then, I have another proposal: Why don't we shift our perspective and turn our attention to those two Supplicants who haven't surfaced yet?
- Pearl: These two individuals' objectives are unclear, and their abilities remain a mystery. If left unchecked, we might see a repeat of the Herald of Death tragedy. I have a cooperation proposal that could help us gather intelligence on them. And I'm willing to share this piece of information with you all.
I'm guessing that doesn't come for free, right?
- Pearl: That is correct. But all you need to do is sacrifice a tiny sliver of your reputation.
Ok, but at what cost?
- Pearl: A tiny sliver of your reputation.
- Pearl: Before we move on to the details of our cooperation, would you like to take a short break and have some tea to wet your whistles, or shall we continue?
Let's continue the discussion.
Having some tea wouldn't be a bad idea.
Keep talking with Pearl
- (If you chose to exit the conversation)
- Pearl: I've prepared some refreshments for you. Please help yourself.
- (Talk to March 7th, optional)
- March 7th: Where do you think you're going? Our negotiations with Madam Pearl aren't over yet!
- (Talk to Welt Yang, optional)
- Welt: Do you feel nervous in a situation like this? Relax, you'll get used to it soon.

- March 7th: What the...!
Hey, that's rude!
Sprayed me right in my face, ah, this smell... Is that...
Is something wrong?- Pearl: This is a specialty from the Xianzhou, a precious item called "mung bean soda" that General Yao Guang gifted me.
- Pearl: As an Intellitron, I can't enjoy human beverages, so I've specially saved this for my esteemed guests.
- Welt: Seems we really do have a special connection with these drinks.

Tooltip for 18px|link=ⓘ Sequence 27Pearl intended to hold a "Star Rail FEST" expo, hosted by Pearluxe Corp, for the Astral Express, as a miracle to be displayed by both parties. Pearl asked you to pay a visit to Blurry_QR_Colt, the creator of the The Fluffy comic, and gave you one of Aventurine's chips to commemorate the partnership.- (Talk to Pearl)
- Pearl: I was thinking of having Pearluxe Corp host an expo for the Astral Express... As for the name, how about: "Star Rail FEST"?
- March 7th: "Star Rail FEST"? You mean hosting... a Fluffy Across the Blue convention?
- Pearl: Correct, but not entirely. The Fluffy is well-known in this world, so it's a good collaboration element.
- Pearl: But what I want is an unprecedented Astral Express exhibition, with The Fluffy being just a small part of it. The real stars of this grand event will be you, the Express Crew. You'll be there in person to meet the people of this world.
- Welt: Are you trying to use this exhibition to lure those two unidentified Supplicants out of hiding?
- March 7th: Huh? What if they're up to no good? Won't that just make us walking targets?
What's in it for us?
- Pearl: What could be more inspiring to the people of a world than standing face to face with heroes of the cosmos?
- Pearl: That's an enormous amount of Wishpower. And the Astral Express is the very source from which this Wishpower originates.
You're willing to hand over the advantage to us?
- Pearl: There are many ways to take the lead afterward. I'm less concerned about the progress than about the unknown risks our plan might face.
- Pearl: Together, we can create a "miracle" for all to witness: an arcadia devoted to the legends of heroes.
- Pearl: I'll also get Fulwish TV and other mainstream media outlets involved for promotional cooperation. And in return, Wishpower will flow to you, of this I have no doubt.
Deal.- Pearl: A wise choice.
- Pearl: Before the "Star Rail FEST" officially begins, I have one more favor to ask of you all: I'd like the Express Crew to pay a visit to Blurry_QR_Colt, the original author of Fluffy Across the Blue.
Such a weird pen name.
Why's that?- March 7th: Doesn't Pearluxe own the rights to The Fluffy?
- Pearl: Since their debut, this author has remained anonymous, never revealing their true identity in public. But if the real-life inspiration behind the story were to pay them a personal visit, it would surely be a great honor, and likely persuade them to attend a signing, stoking the excitement even further.
Leave it to us.- Pearl: Now that we've reached an agreement, I'll leave it in your capable hands. My secretary will be in touch to keep all parties apprised.
- Pearl: By the way, (Trailblazer), before you leave, please accept this small gift as a memento of our first collaboration.
- Picture missing
Is this... Aventurine's chip?
What's that supposed to mean?- Pearl: I've studied in detail the records of my colleagues' interactions with partners in Penacony, and I was particularly inspired by Aventurine's technique of giving small gifts that symbolize good fortune.
- Pearl: So, please keep this chip with you as a symbol of good fortune for our future cooperation. Take care, everyone.
- Welt: Well, we'll be on our way then.
- Sequence 28Ashveil was entrusted by Pearl to protect the Nameless at Star Rail FEST. Ashveil demanded from Pearl the truth behind the "Herald of Death" case, as well as immunity for revenge, as payment for taking on the mask.
- Ashveil: As your private detective, I must warn you that a grand exhibition of unprecedented scale would make for a perfect opportunity to reenact the "Bloodstained Games."
- Pearl: I understand. That's why I have a mission for you: Protect the Nameless at "Star Rail FEST."
- Ashveil: You actually think they would need my protection with their strength? Don't tell me your extrapolations predict even bigger trouble ahead?
- Pearl: Hidden beneath each extrapolation, tiny signals of unease keep bubbling up to my thought interface. I must be thoroughly prepared for whatever may come.
- Pearl: Now that you've taken up the mask, let's talk about payment. What do you want? The same as always, money?
- Ashveil: Before we talk about payment, let's discuss the Herald of Death. Although the Department of Aberration Defense sealed and destroyed all records of the Bloodstained Games, I still managed to uncover some unusual leads...
- Ashveil: After the Herald of Death incident, the victims' families collectively received compensation so massive it could fill any gaping wound. So I figured, maybe we could find some leads by looking into official Planarcadia expenditures.
- Ashveil: Here's the interesting part: This item was nowhere to be found in that year's public financial report. Care to guess whose books this money went through?
- Pearl: ...
- Ashveil: It was you, the omnipresent IPC. To be precise, it was the IPC's Technology Department that paid this astronomical compensation.
- Ashveil: Why would a lethal incident on some minor frontier planet cause IPC scientists to hemorrhage funding? Don't tell me they're moonlighting as philanthropists on top of their research work?
- Pearl: Following the usual human drama tropes, am I supposed to give you a round of applause now? Being able to dig up all this information really shows your connections and capabilities, Detective Ashveil.
- Ashveil: In movies, a big shot like you would usually raise a hand right about now, revealing the dark muzzle of a gun.
- Ashveil: "I'm afraid you've learned too much." And BANG! That's when the gun goes off, and I, the poor sap who uncovered the truth, am supposed to bite the dust.
- Pearl: Sorry, my hand is on the checkbook and unavailable. Mr. Ashveil, tell me: How many zeros would you like to see on that check for our cooperation?
- Ashveil: ...It's not about the money.
- Pearl: Indeed, money isn't the issue. A hundred million credits?
- Ashveil: Are you trying to buy me off like some poor victim's family? Tell me, why did the Technology Department pay to sweep this under the rug?
- Pearl: Three hundred million. I know you've always needed money: For cryosleep, supporting the families of fallen comrades, and for treating those who survived. Isn't this exactly what strategic investment is about? Putting money in the hands of those who need it?
- Ashveil: I'm not your lackey, Intellitron! Tell me the answer!
- Pearl: 500 million. I could pretend there's a glitch in my calculation process and make it a cool billion for you. Money or answer, your call.
- Ashveil: ...I want the answer.
- Pearl: ...An unexpected choice. It defies my usual understanding of your decision tree. Note: I say this without sarcasm or ridicule.
- Pearl: The answer is: I don't know much. Hard to believe, perhaps, but as CEO, my power isn't unlimited. Besides...
- Pearl: The Herald of Death affair lies fifteen years in the past.
- Pearl: This world is like an unfinished game of chess that's been dragging on for years. The hidden moves laid by the previous player keep becoming my challenges, even today.
- Ashveil: But since you've invited me to finish this game together, sharing intel is a must.
- Pearl: Reasonable. I'll share what I know about the answer.
- Pearl: Marcus Antali, the Herald of Death, last member of the Intelligentsia Guild's "School of Evolutionary Perfection." Five years ago, his identity was confirmed, and he was executed. Note: Executed in every sense of the word.
- Pearl: Ms. Yabuli, head of the Technology Department, took possession of his belongings, and even I don't have the clearance to access those records.
- Ashveil: No wonder. So that guy was practically IPC personnel, give or take. That also explains why the Technology Department shelled out the compensation. Yet the method behind this latest killing is identical to the one from years ago, if the Herald of Death is truly dead...
- Pearl: A serial killer coming back from the dead is the least of our worries. Even if a serial killer does come back to life, he's still just a serial killer who's been shut out of the Aeonic game.
- Pearl: What's more concerning is this: Someone wants to exploit the legacy of the Herald of Death. Ms. Yabuli took away everything that man left behind, except for the fear he instilled in the people of this world.
- Pearl: And during the Phantasmoon Games, not only can miracles trigger Wishpower, but fear too. Based on my extrapolations, the appearance of this new Herald of Death might mark the beginning of the festival spiraling out of control.
- Ashveil: No wonder you're in such a hurry to end the Games.
- Pearl: Mr. Ashveil, I've always respected you, but right now, I need to rely on your strength even more.
- Ashveil: "Respect"... When I was younger, what I really wanted was to make the IPC fear me. The passage of time's not exactly kind, is it?
- Ashveil: Deal, Madam Pearl. But I will require one more form of compensation—
- Ashveil: Whoever this new Herald of Death is, I must deliver justice with my own hands. This time, there won't be any lengthy interrogation.
- Pearl: By the authority vested in me as CEO of Planarcadia, I pardon all crimes committed in the course of your revenge.
- Pearl: Go ahead and do what you must, Mr. Ashveil.
- Switching to Ashveil's POV...
- While tracking the culprit, Ashveil stops by the bridge as memories of the past come flooding back...
