Torchlit Lighthouse

Torchlit Lighthouse is the lighthouse in Port Elpis. McDunn is the lighthouse's keeper. Though initially out-of-service, it resumes operations during the events of Elpis Ultimate Angler Championship.
Overview
The lighthouse dates from before the fall of Eridu. It was broken for years due to the port authority putting off repairs. Ten years after the fall, Belobog Heavy Industries salvaged a container belonging to the port authority from a Hollow near the port. Qi Yu, the president of the Ridu Fishing Association, bought the container to use its materials to repair the lighthouse. His goal was to have the lighthouse operational before the Elpis Ultimate Angler Championship started, so the contestants could safely travel to Sea Crow's Nest (real name Nautilus Reef) and catch the bioluminescent fish spotted there. However, on the day of the preliminaries, the company hired to deliver Qi's shipment accidentally mislabeled it as garbage and threw it into a Hollow. Qingyi and Phaethon managed to recover the supplies safely, and the championship began without a hitch.[1]
As the lighthouse was finishing repairs on the first day of the championship, someone spilled water on the light motor, rendering it unable to turn on. Around the same time, Belobog was hired to retrieve an old television with the same type of motor. Phaethon retrieved the television from the Hollow, and the lighthouse finally completed repairs.[2]
The lighthouse is closed to visitors,[3] although the player can freely enter it at any time.
