Wasteland Wild Hunt

The Wasteland Wild Hunt (also known as Wilderness Ghouls) are an Enemy Family that is part of the Abyss.
They are members of The Wild Hunt that are scattered across Nod-Krai. Former humans cursed by the Abyss, they are now doomed to wander the frozen wastelands.
In combat, the Wild Hunt moves somewhat slow, but make up for this with fast bursts of movement or teleporting around their target.
Upon being reduced to 0 HP, the Wilderness Ghoul will not die but become paralyzed for roughly 10 seconds and enter the Grief-Stricken state during this time. Damage received while in the Grief-Stricken state reduces the Wilderness Ghoul's maximum HP, which is represented as a gray segment that fills the HP bar right to left. Once the Wilderness Ghoul recovers from its paralyzed state, the Grief-Stricken state ends and the Wilderness Ghoul fully heals up to its remaining maximum HP (the remaining part of its HP bar that was not blocked by the gray segment) and resumes combat. Once the Wilderness Ghoul's maximum HP is reduced to 0, represented by the gray segment fully covering its HP bar, the Wilderness Ghoul will perish.
Additionally, while the party's Moonsign is Ascendant Gleam, using a Skill that is enhanced by Moonsign: Ascendant Gleam (either in that ability's own talent description or passive talents that affect that ability) will immediately apply or reset the timer of the Grief-Stricken state, without having to deplete their HP first.

A ghoul corrupted by the taint of the Abyss, doomed to stalk the frozen wilderness for all eternity... Those who march beneath the banner of the Wild Hunt can only be truly defeated by reducing their Max HP to zero.
Drain its HP completely or use Skills enhanced by Moonsign: Ascendant Gleam to send it into a brief Grief-Stricken state, during which, you can deal DMG to reduce its Max HP and suppress it completely!
