Frost Operative

Frost Operatives are Elite Enemies that are part of the Fatui Operatives enemy group and the Fatui family.

One Local Legend Frost Operative, called Yseut, can be found west of the Statue of the Seven in the Liffey Region.

Hunt Down
Media:Frost Operative Hunt Down.mp4	Sacrifices 5% of her Max HP (or 25% of current HP if HP percentage is under 20%) to initiate Hunt Down: Locks onto the player, teleports next to the player, and performs a swift retreating slash, dealing 40% ATK as Cryo DMG. If the first hit connects, then subsequently fires an ice beam and dashes at the player, dealing 50% ATK, 100% ATK as Cryo DMG. If the player is hit by this attack, they will receive a Life Bond equal to 16% of the Operative's ATK. As long as this Life Bond is active, they will also be affected by a Corrosion status which drains 0.4% Max HP + 72 every second. If the affected character is off-field, they cannot be brought below 5% Max HP by this Corrosion. However, on-field characters can die to it. If the Hunt Down attack hits a character affected by this Life Bond, it will deal 250% of its original DMG. This Life Bond is stackable. This Life Bond lasts for 10 minutes if not cleared. Stygian Onslaught

Bloody Pursuit

On Fearless/Dire difficulty in Stygian Onslaught, interruption RES completely amplified, making characters abilities impossible to interrupt and when preparing to use Hunt Down, it will enter the Bloody Pursuit state:

When Shield is not active, will perform Hunt Down and generate Shield equal to 22.5% HP. Will lose the same amount of HP when Shield is broken.
Upon gaining Shield, applies Bond of Life to all characters equal to 550% ATK, and an extra equal to 165% ATK every second when Shield is active.
Melt and Vaporize reactions don't work on this Shield.

Tutorial

Frost Operative: An elite Fatui special agent who can manipulate Cryo in battle. In combat, they will use the Hunt Down skill to attach a Life Bond to characters they hit. While Life Bond is active, the character will take continuous DMG, and Hunt Down will deal more DMG to them.

Descriptions

An elite agent among the Fatui.
Selected while still children, they can only become an "Operative" after many long years of training and teaching, after countless rounds have winnowed the field. They are the most outstanding soldiers among the Fatui, with extraordinary skill and unswerving loyalty.
