Radiant Cocoon
Releases a kuuvahki energy blast around itself, dealing no DMG but causing all party members to lose HP equal 18% Max HP + 1000 and enveloping them in a Radiant Cocoon. While a player is wrapped in a Radiant Cocoon, their CRIT Rate, DMG Bonus, and Incoming Healing Bonus are each decreased by 10%. Once the player is healed to 100% HP, they will be released from the Cocoon and gain the Disentangled effect, increasing CRIT Rate by 15% and DMG Bonus by 50%. Then, follows up with one of the following two attacks depending on the target's proximity: If close, slings two water blades at the player with its tentacles, each dealing 60% ATK as Hydro DMG. If far, charges at the player headfirst, rapidly dealing 30% ATK as Hydro DMG on contact and finishing by summoning numerous bubbles around itself that it then drops into the ground, dealing 100% ATK as Hydro DMG.

Legend has it that when the waves of calamity rolled over the land, even those animals who dwelled in the Forsaken Sea were not spared. Those who could not accept the moonlight into themselves vanished like foam, whether great sea serpents who could send waves skyward, or single-eyed monsters who once plotted to consume all things.
