Gilgamesh is a playable character in Honkai: Star Rail from Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Works, introduced as a collaboration and crossover character between TYPE-MOON, ufotable, and HoYoverse.

The King of Heroes from the dawn of human history, hailing from a world beyond the stars.

Possessing a nature two-thirds divine and one-third mortal, he claims a natural-born prerogative to rule over all of creation.

Laughing out loud today as always, right up until getting dragged into another world by some adversarial Goddess—

After any unit attacks, if the attack tally reaches 8, Gilgamesh and Saber launch Joint Follow-Up ATK, dealing Lightning DMG equal to 200%-440% of Gilgamesh's ATK and Wind DMG equal to 300%-660% of Saber's ATK to all enemies, respectively. Then, Gilgamesh gains 3 "Interest." Saber regenerates a fixed 120 Energy, and the next time she uses Ultimate, the DMG dealt becomes 120%-216% of the original DMG.
After using Joint Follow-Up ATK, resets the attack tally.

During this ability's Joint ATK, Saber attacks first, followed by Gilgamesh's attack.
- Saber's attack deals 10 Toughness Reduction. Saber's DMG is dealt in 1 hit.
