- Ellen was added to the Potential Vision system, with all the skills from Shark Frenzy being moved to the new system.
- Potential Awakening: Permafrost Zone (AP) was added as an optional skill upgrade with Ellen's Potential Vision.
- Adds multiple optional skill upgrades, as part of Shark Frenzy:
- Fixes an issue where the stats of Agent Ellen's Dash Attack: Arctic Ambush did not scale with her Dodge level. (Prior to the fix, the stats of the above-mentioned skill scaled with her Basic Attack.)
- Optimizes the invitation events for Agents Ellen, Zhu Yuan, Qingyi, and Burnice. The Invitation Events for these Agents have been upgraded to Quality Time Invites.
- Fixes an issue where the visual effects of Agent Ellen's tail do not display correctly when she exits the Roaming state.
- Fixes an issue where, under certain circumstances, Agent Ellen's Mindscape 06 "The Feast Begins" occasionally fails to apply the DMG buff to the last hit of "Charged Scissor Strike."
- Fixes an issue where the 3rd move of Agent Ellen's Basic is visually displayed incorrectly after connecting to a special attack.
- Fixes an issue that occurs when Agent Ellen is using Charged Scissor Strike and knocks back an enemy, then immediately triggers "Basic Attack: Flash Freeze Trimming," there is a chance that the first part of the attack fails to hit the enemy.
- Corrected the text description and word order for Agent "Ellen's" [EX Special Attack] (These are text-only fixes and do not affect actual skill effects)
