| Rifthound Skulls + Elemental Devourer | |
Upon reaching 70% HP, the Golden Wolflord enters the Elemental Devourer state and generates a shield, pushing nearby players away, and summoning 3 Rifthound Skulls to the edges of the arena that deal 50% ATK as Geo DMG on landing.[Note 1] Until it is defeated, the Golden Wolflord will gain 30% increased ATK, but will also possess 45% less Geo RES. When the Golden Wolflord is protected by a shield, it is fully immune to damage, and the shield itself also cannot be damaged by normal means. The Rifthound Skulls will periodically shoot projectiles that home towards the player, dealing 12.5% ATK as Physical DMG on hit. Each Rifthound Skull can be fully charged by 3 gauges of Geo application (affected by ICD), or 38 instances of non-Geo elemental DMG (unaffected by gauge units or ICD). Once at max charge, they will launch themselves towards the Golden Wolflord and cause the shield to lose 1/3 of its durability. Once its shield is destroyed, the Golden Wolflord will be stunned for an extended period of time. Upon waking up, it will deal 10% ATK as Physical DMG to players close to it without applying Corrosion to them. This phase can be skipped if the Golden Wolflord is defeated before it can generate its shield.

- Golden Wolflord
The king of the Riftwolves. The Golden Wolflord's attacks can apply stacks of "Corrosion" status, which will cause all characters in the party to continuously lose HP. In combat, the Wolflord will summon Rifthound Skulls to provide it with shields. It can also enter the Elemental Devourer state, which will decrease its Geo RES and increase its offensive capabilities. Attack the Rifthound Skulls with Geo DMG to destroy the Golden Wolflord's shields swiftly.
Descriptions
A twisted beast from another world.
This creature is the ruler of the Riftwolves, and wields the power to command them to dissolve space itself.
This creature is the ruler of the Riftwolves, and wields the power to command them to dissolve space itself.
Hailing from a dark world, this ruler of the black wolves has the power to call upon its followers, its hidden claws, to dissolve space itself and forge a rift through which it may enter.
The Wolflord has no name, for it was but one of "Gold"'s unintentional creations, and that is precisely why it is obsessed with invading worlds that do not belong to it and making a name for itself.
That said, the wolf pack is far from unintelligent. After suffering a defeat in its previous invasion, a deserted island where no humans or protectors dwell has been selected for them to prepare for their lord's descent.

Notes
- ↑ Zach Aguilar calls these "Rifthound Alphas" in the Version 2.3 Special Program. The English (United States) closed captioning corrects this at ~23:14.
"It will summon *Rifthound Skulls to provide it with shields."
