Witch's Revelation Passive

Witch's Revelation Passive are passive Talents for certain characters that are unlocked after completing their respective Witch's Revelation quests. They enhance certain Talents and Constellations of the character, and allow them to enter the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state when they are within a Polestar Field.

A Star With Which to Start the Journey A Star With Which to Start the Journey Cyno	If Cyno unleashes the Elemental Skill Secret Rite: Chasmic Soulfarer while not in the Pactsworn Pathclearer state, he will enter Pactsworn Pathclearer for 6s. Additionally, when in a Polestar Field, Cyno will enter the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state.
Choice Treasures Choice Treasures Diona	Within 20s after using the Elemental Skill Icy Paws, Diona will also fire off three Icy Paws when party members trigger Superconduct, Stellar-Conduct, Cryo Swirl, or Stellar Swirl reactions. Icy Paws fired this way cannot generate Elemental Particles, nor will they generate a shield upon hitting opponents. This effect can occur once every 3.5s. Additionally, Diona will also enter the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state when she is inside a Polestar FieldPolestar FieldWhen Stellar-Conduct is triggered, the surrounding area will transform into a Polestar Field for a short period of time, and when inside a Polestar Field, certain characters will enter the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state, which grants various skill buffs, or the Radiance: Stellar Swirl state for 8s after a nearby party member triggers a Stellar Swirl reaction.
Edict of Cleansing Edict of Cleansing Yae Miko	Extends the duration of the Sesshou Sakura by 10s. When a nearby party member triggers a Superconduct or Stellar-Conduct reaction, the next instance of Sesshou Sakura lightning is enhanced as follows: DMG dealt is increased at 80% of Yae Miko's ATK. This effect can trigger once every 2.5s. Radiance: Stellar-Conduct: An enhanced Sesshou Sakura lightning bolt hit on an opponent will also cause an additional instance of Electro DMG at 200% of Yae Miko's ATK. This DMG is considered Stellar-Conduct DMG. Additionally, when inside a Polestar FieldPolestar FieldWhen Stellar-Conduct is triggered, the surrounding area will transform into a Polestar Field for a short period of time, and when inside a Polestar Field, certain characters will enter the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state, which grants various skill buffs., Yae Miko will enter the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state.
Polaris Polaris Beidou	When holding down on the Elemental Skill Tidecaller, 1 stack of power will accumulate every 0.8s, even when not under attack. This increases the DMG dealt at the point of unleashing. Additionally, holding down to unleash Tidecaller and hitting the opponent also gives extra boosts based on the power accumulated: every stack active decreases Beidou's Elemental Skill CD by 4s, as well as regenerates 8 Elemental Energy for her. This effect can trigger once every 15s. Additionally, when inside a Polestar Field, Beidou will enter the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state.
Seven Sacred Treasures Seven Sacred Treasures Qiqi	The cooldown of the Elemental Skill Adeptus Art: Herald of Frost is reduced to 15s. Radiance: Stellar Glimmer: While the Herald of Frost is on the field, Qiqi's own party members will have the DMG they deal via the corresponding reactions enhanced: Radiance: Stellar-Conduct: Superconduct and Stellar-Conduct reaction DMG is increased by 50%. Radiance: Stellar Swirl: Cryo Swirl and Stellar Swirl reaction DMG dealt is increased by 50%. Additionally, Qiqi will also enter the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state when she is inside a Polestar Field, or the Radiance: Stellar Swirl state for 8s after a nearby party character triggers a Stellar Swirl reaction.
There Shall Be an Unveiling for Injustice There Shall Be an Unveiling for Injustice Wriothesley	Radiance: Stellar-Conduct: The Ascension Talent "There Shall Be a Plea for Justice" is changed to the following: When Wriothesley's HP is less than 60%, he will obtain a "Gracious Rebuke: Unveiling." This enhances the next Charged Attack of his Normal Attack: Forceful Fists of Frost into Luster: Vaulting Fist, which will not consume Stamina and restores 30% Max HP to Wriothesley upon hit. Wriothesley can gain HP in this way once every 2s. Additionally, the third and fifth strikes of Repelling Fist enhanced by Chilling Penalty will deal 60% and 80% of their original Cryo DMG respectively, while Luster: Vaulting Fist will deal 100% of its original AoE Cryo DMG. The aforementioned DMG is considered as Stellar-Conduct DMG, and Wriothesley deals 30% increased Stellar-Conduct DMG. Additionally, when inside a Polestar Field, Wriothesley will enter the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state.
Vast Be the Dream Vast Be the Dream Yumemizuki Mizuki	When Yumemizuki Mizuki triggers a Swirl or Stellar Swirl reaction while in the Dreamdrifter state, the next instance of periodic AoE Anemo DMG she deals to nearby enemies during that same state will be increased by 1,000% of her Elemental Mastery. The aforementioned effect can trigger once every 2.5s. Radiance: Stellar Swirl: When Yumemizuki Mizuki deals to an opponent the above enhanced AoE Anemo DMG, she will also deal an additional instance of Anemo DMG at 1,000% of her Elemental Mastery. This DMG is considered Stellar Swirl reaction DMG. Additionally, while Yumemizuki Mizuki is in the Dreamdrifter state, the Elemental Mastery of nearby party characters is also increased by 10% of her Elemental Mastery. Yumemizuki Mizuki will also enter the Radiance: Stellar Swirl state for 8s when a nearby party member triggers a Stellar Swirl reaction.
