Before she was trapped inside the painting, Himeko seemed to have left behind this clue on purpose.
Mr. Yang has some thoughts about this. Perhaps we should hear what he has to say.

Yao Guang suggested invoking the Reignbow Spiritus "Kālacakra Skyplume" while you, aided by Sunday's tuning, stood atop the television tower to observe Asat Pramad in Yao Guang's stead, pinpointing his true form to forge an opening for victory.
