Assignments

Assignments are a Game System where players can select up to four of any combination of Character Ascension Materials, EXP Materials, Synthesis Materials, or Credits to auto-farm every hour for up to 30 hours.

The Assignments menu is first unlocked after completing Trailblaze Mission Long Wait for the Blade's Edge. Individual assignments can only be selected upon obtaining their corresponding materials for the first time, either from exploration or enemy drops; obtaining materials from the Embers Exchange will not unlock their respective assignments.

Trivia

• Prior to Version 4.0, the Assignments system instead featured a mechanic where the player would send out owned characters on the Assignments to gather materials. Additional materials could be obtained depending on if the character's Path lined up with the Assignment description.
