Trust Event

Trust Events are a special interactive activity in Zenless Zone Zero that allows players to converse with and learn more about the various Agents they have obtained, increasing the Trust Level with the Agent in question. Trust Events become available for each Agent once they have been obtained, and once their pre-requisites - such as specific Phaethon's Story chapters, or specific Agent Story chapters - have been completed. Up to 10 Trust Events may be completed per day, where if the limit is reached or exceeded Trust Events will no longer appear (if refreshed, which is done by waiting 1 in-game day) until the next daily reset; advancing the time then will immediately refresh Trust Events, even if the in-game day did not advance.

These are distinct from Trust Commissions, which are comprised of Trust Invites and Quality Time, whereby the player invites an Agent to partake in an activity via Knock Knock, Promoter Commissions, completion of which allows the Agent to become a Promoter for the Video Store, and Trust Rank Commissions, which are special commissions that allow the player to increase the Trust Rank with an Agent.

Each Agent has their own set of Trust Events, with some only becoming available once the player reaches a certain level of trust with them.

During a Trust Event, choosing different dialogue options will affect the Trust Level with the Agent in question. Choosing an option that the Agent likes will result in a Trust Increase, while very rarely, choosing an option that the Agent dislikes will result in a Trust Decrease. In certain scenarios, it is possible to pick an option that very closely aligns with the Agent, resulting in a Significant Increase in Trust.
