Arkhe-Powered
Annihilation Specialist Meks are powered by either Pneuma or Ousia and will use different attacks depending on their Arkhe alignment. Hitting it with the opposite Arkhe twice will cause it to lose Arkhe and become unable to use elemental attacks for a period of time.

Tutorial

Annihilation Specialist Mek: A machine created from the union between Fontaine's intricate device and special energy technologies. Based on whether it's imbued with ousia or pneuma energy, the machine will operate differently in battle. When either energy is annihilated upon being attacked by its opposite, an Overloaded state will be induced, causing the machine to lose energy and necessitating the use of emergency power to sustain low-end combat actions.

Descriptions

Although the Fontaine Research Institute of Kinetic Energy Engineering is the main organization involved in clockwork meka research and design, there are also many independent engineers and workshops that are not affiliated with the Research Institute.
The first ever machine of this type was designed by an independent engineer to commemorate their lover and sponsor. In the end, it was acquired by the Maison Gardiennage as a tool to uphold municipal security — or, as some would have it, state apparatus enforcing the monopoly on violence.
