Directs a Spirit-Warding Lamp to fire off a Troubleshooter Shot at opponents, dealing Electro DMG.
After the Troubleshooter Shot hits, it will create 2 After-Sales Service Rounds that will automatically track nearby opponents and deal Electro DMG.

When this skill hits at least one enemy, it generates 2 Elemental Particles.

Passive Effects

Passive Talent 1, An Eye for Gold: Decreases the cooldown of this talent by 1s after a character connected to the Jinni triggers an Elemental Reaction involving Electro. This effect can be triggered once every 3s.
Passive Talent 2, Compound Interest: "When the Troubleshooter Shots or After-Sales Service Rounds from Spirit-Warding Lamp: Troubleshooter Cannon hit opponents, Dori will restore 5 Elemental Energy for every 100% Energy Recharge possessed. Per Spirit-Warding Lamp: Troubleshooter Cannon, only one instance of Energy restoration can be triggered and a maximum of 15 Energy can be restored this way."

Summons forth the Jinni within the lamp to give the client various kinds of aid.

Jinni
Connects to a nearby character. The connected character will:

Continuously restore HP based on Dori's Max HP.
Continuously regenerate Energy.
Be affected by Electro.

When the connector between the Jinni and the character touches opponents, it will deal one instance of Electro DMG to them every 0.4s.

Only one Jinni can exist at one time.

The Healing and Energy restoration effects occur every 2 seconds.
Connector DMG will snapshot Dori's stats on cast and will not be affected by changes in her stats that occur afterwards.
The Electro application to the active character can trigger certain on-hit effects, such as that of Beidou's 4th Constellation Level and Thoma's 1st Constellation Level.
In Co-Op Mode, the Jinni can connect to multiple characters.

Passive Effects

Passive Talent 1, An Eye for Gold: Decreases the cooldown of Spirit-Warding Lamp: Troubleshooter Cannon by 1s after a character connected to the Jinni triggers an Elemental Reaction involving Electro. This effect can be triggered once every 3s.

Constellation Effects

This effect can be triggered once every 3s.

Per Spirit-Warding Lamp: Troubleshooter Cannon, only one instance of Energy restoration can be triggered and a maximum of 15 Energy can be restored this way.

The energy gain from the passive is linear to Energy Recharge, and not stepwise at every 100%. So the difference between having 298% ER and 302% ER is insignificant.
