A Secret in the Chimes

A Secret in the Chimes (unofficial name) is a Hidden Exploration Objective that takes place in Fellfrost Peak, Snezhnaya.

Start Location

Start the HEO by approaching the Lofty Clock Tower at the House of Hesperides.

Steps

1. Approach the Lofty Clock Tower
   • Defeat Tsvetaev — Expedition Returner
   • Awards an Exquisite Chest
2. Use a Link Mechanism to get to the top of the tower
3. Remove the Prime Ice surface using the Eye of Graeae
4. Jump down and ring both bells
5. Activate the Elemental Monument with Cryo when the Seelie unlocks it
6. Follow the Seelie
7. Ring the bells to make the Seelie unlock the Elemental Monuments and activate them
   • Unlocks a Common Chest below
8. Follow the Seelie
9. Ring the bells to make the Seelie unlock the Elemental Monument and activate it
10. Guide the Seelie back to its court
    • Awards Common Chest ×2 and a Precious Chest

Gameplay Notes

• Completing this Hidden Exploration Objective rewards the Wonders of the World achievement For Whom It Tolls.
• Ringing one of the bells at the top of the tower for the first time rewards the Wonders of the World achievement Wedding Bell.
• This Hidden Exploration Objective unlocks one of the paintings needed for the Hidden Exploration Objective Paintings of Hesperides.
