Completing this Hidden Exploration Objective rewards the Furnishing Blueprint for Ice Cream Cutie.
Semyon's Notes can be combined with Auni's Notes and Maite's Notes to obtain Conch Notebook.

(Talk to the child near the Starsand Shoal Teleport Waypoint, optional): ???: A flying fae! My notes... The Fatui took my precious notes! Could you help me get them back?; Paimon: Well, Paimon's not really a fae... but something like this should be a piece of cake! Still, what do the Fatui want with some kid's notes?; ???: Maybe they're afraid I'll show them to the world... If you help me get them back, I'll let you in on their secrets.; ???: But we can talk about that later. Right now, please help me get my notes back. Some pages might've fallen out from my notebook... They should be over there, where the Fatui are.

(Talk to the child again before collecting all of the notes, optional): ???: I'll leave the notes to you. There might still be some scattered pages... over there, where the Fatui are.

???: How did it go? Did you find my notes?

???: My notes... The Fatui took my precious notes! Could you help me get them back?

You hand over the notebook and the pages you found...
