To Quell the Storm (unofficial name) is a Hidden Exploration Objective that takes place at the Archaeolune Storm Research Center, Frost Moon.

Steps

Go to the Archaeolune Storm Research Center
Open the Archaeolune Energy Barrier at the entrance
Continue to the control room
Return the Ancient Moon Pearl to its station
Continue to the Risk Zone
Return the Ancient Moon Pearl to its station
Follow the Pioneer Source Structure carrying a Storm Occlusion Field
Ascend the tower
- Activate the Ancient Moon Pearl Launcher and stand inside it
- Call the Lift and ride it upwards
- Unlocks Precious Chest ×1

The Archaeolune Energy disturbance is growing at an accelerating rate. In severe cases, this can lead to an energy storm. This is a new phenomenon that was not observed at the time of our first arrival on the moon.
Kalag insists the cause is blackbody contamination from Ungien's Circle. The origin, then, naturally lies with Ungien himself, and with the mysterious visitor he brought back from outer space.
