A Grand Romantic Gesture (unofficial name) is a Hidden Exploration Objective that takes place in Colorfall Cliffs, Easybreeze Holiday Resort, Natlan.

Indwell an Asha and attempt to paint the balloons
Help Ziki paint the balloons red

Gameplay Notes

Ziki only appears after the player attempts to paint the balloons first.
Even if you paint the balloons red beforehand (for example, by doing it outside of the quest area), they will still revert to their colourless form upon entering Step 2 of the quest.
Completing this Hidden Exploration Objective grants Precious Chest ×1 and the Wonders of the World achievement She Said "I Do."

Dialogue

(Attempt to paint the balloons or talk to Ziki again after refusing his request)

Ziki: Please don't pop these balloons! If you want some to play with, I have some others I can give you.

These balloons look special.

Ziki: It's a little embarrassing to say, but they're very important items to me.

Ziki: I'm sure you can guess their purpose just by looking at them, right?

A marriage proposal?

Ziki: Actually, they're for a romantic confession.

A romantic confession?

Ziki: Th—That's right!

Ziki: I plan to use these romantic balloons to confess my love to my beloved Yopoyi! Well? What do you think?

You should use red ones.

Ziki: Hmm... You've got a point. Gosh, is my spirit of romance still not up to scratch?

Ziki: Yopoyi's going to be here any minute! Where am I even going to find some red balloons?

I'll help you paint them red.

Ziki: You will! Thank you, thank you! You're such a kindhearted friend!

Sorry, I'm not sure. Goodbye.

Ziki: Oh dear... This could be a problem...

(Talk to Ziki again after offering to help, optional): Ziki: ...Ah! I'm so lucky to have met you, friend. Please help me paint these balloons a romantic red.

(Talk to Ziki after painting the balloons red)

Ziki: Romantic red balloons... I'm sure such beauty will stir the heart of my beloved!

Ziki: Isn't that right, friend?

I'm... not the best person to ask.

I'm sure she'll be swept off her feet.

Ziki: Whatever happens, thank you so much, friend. Stay awhile, I'd like to introduce you to Yopoyi.

Ziki: Given what time it is... Hmm, she should be here any moment now. We made an appointment and everything.

(Yopoyi arrives after a while)

Ziki: Yopoyi! You came!

Yopoyi: Ziki? It's you... What's with the outfit?

Ziki: I'm a Nanasian — your favorite! I rented the costume specially. How do I look? Oh, and these balloons — I prepared them just for you!

Ziki: Actually, there's something I've been wanting to say for a long time... Please go out with me!

Yopoyi: ...Are you for real?
