Escoffier is a playable Ousia-aligned Cryo character in Genshin Impact.
Previously working at Hotel Debord, Escoffier is a renowned Fontainian chef that maintains extreme quality on her dishes. She is also feared for her ferocity due to these standards, scolding those who improperly waste food.

Behold the true meaning of "cooking"! Escoffier will demonstrate different cooking techniques when you Tap or Hold this skill, but rest assured, each of them is Fontaine's pride and joy. Tap Activates her All-Spectrum Multi-Use Cooking Mek in its Cold Storage mode and deals AoE Cryo DMG to nearby opponents. Cooking Mek: Cold Storage Mode Follows the current active character and fires Frosty Parfaits at nearby opponents at intervals, dealing Cryo DMG. Arkhe: Ousia At intervals, Escoffier will summon a Surging Blade when activating her Cooking Mek in Cold Storage mode, dealing Ousia-aligned AoE Cryo DMG. Hold Activates her All-Spectrum Multi-Use Cooking Mek's Off-the-Cuff Cookery Mode.

The Cooking Mek created by Escoffier's Tapped Elemental Skill will follow the current active character and fire shots toward nearby opponents at intervals that deal Cryo DMG.
Her Elemental Burst will restore HP to all party members and deal AoE Cryo DMG to nearby opponents.
Additionally, Escoffier can also decrease the Hydro and Cryo RES of opponents. The more party members of the relevant Elemental Types she has, the greater the effect.
Additional Elemental Orbs will drop during the trial event challenge to facilitate the testing of the trial character's Elemental Burst.
Her Elemental Burst will restore HP to all party members and deal AoE Cryo DMG to nearby opponents.
