Profile
Pela is an Intelligence Officer of the Silvermane Guards and the current drummer of Mechanical Fever.[1] She graduated from Belobog Cadet School's Faculty of Social Sciences and Faculty of Science with a double honorary degree in Military Studies and Cryptography.[2]
She is an avid fanfic reader and writer,[3][4] as well as an artist who drew the "magnificent" wanted posters around Belobog's Administrative District.[5][6] Pela, being an avid fanfiction reader, is an important member of the Tale of the Winterlands fan club.[3]
She goes out camping with Lynx if she has the time.[7] She does volunteer work, like being a temporary tour guide for kids in the plaza.[8]
Appearance
Pela is a young girl with bright blue eyes, back-length indigo hair cut into a hime cut, and fringe bangs with two strands in front adorned with symmetrical silver pins.
She wears a Silvermane Guard uniform consisting of a black beret with gold accessories, a black, white, and blue pleated dress with gold accents, a white collar with a gradient blue tie, as well as a cape-like piece of clothing that splits in the middle which reaches her knees. She also sports a pair of large, round glasses, as well as pair of elbow-length black gloves. Her legwear consists of sheer black tights that have markings reminiscent of a ruler, and a pair of black and white boots lined with blue with blue and white ribbons.
History
Pelageya Sergeyevna was born in 684 AF on Jarilo-VI, during an expedition of the Belobog Scientific Expeditionary Team. Her mother, Penya Sergeyevna, was one of the team's explorers and passed away after giving birth to her. Before dying, she would ask one of her colleagues to bring a floppy disk back to Belobog, containing various letters Penya had written for her unborn daughter. However, the colleague was attacked by Fragmentum creatures on his way back and lost the disk.[9][10]
Pela eventually joined the Belobog Cadet School, where she met Serval and Dunn, forming a rock band called Mechanical Fever with them. After graduation, Dunn left the band due to military duties, leading Lynx to join the band and becoming friends with Pela.[11][12]

- Pela's name comes from Russian singer Pelageya Sergeyevna Telegina, known mononymously as Pelageya.
- The name Pelageya derives from the Ancient Greek πέλαγος pélagos, meaning "of the sea, marine."
- The surname Sergeyevna is a patronymic name meaning "daughter of Sergey."
