Midsummer Incorporated

Midsummer Incorporated was a faction in Zenless Zone Zero. Once a major competitor to Three Gates Corp. within the military industry, the company went defunct during the fall of the Old Capital.^[1][2]

History

Therese's father once founded the corporation, specializing in military technologies. In the past, it was Three Gates' major competitor.

At some time in the past, he took Therese to the beach for walk by the seaside, and ran into a Rabbit Thiren with his daughter, which he had met in a banquet prior, revealed to be Lionel Thymefield with his daughter Alice. Somewhere along the way, he felt that he went too far in competing with other firms, and decided to found Fantasy Resort. Unfortunately, during the fall of the Old Capital,^[1][2] most of the company's assets was destroyed and it withdrew from the industry after the heavy blow.

At some time, Therese's father buried his research documents somewhere in the Hollow, and then passed away, leaving the Fantasy Resort for his daughter Therese to run.

During the commission Midsummer Fantasy: Midsummer's Secret, Yuzuha and Alice found the documents in the Hollow. Therese eventually decided to hand the documents to the Thymefield Family, trusting that the documents would be more useful to them.^[3]
