Null Face

Null_Face is a group of hackers and Proxies, infamous for trespassing in the Hollows and falsifying Carrot data, then assaulting and robbing their victims^[1] while also corrupting Hollow data.^[2] They were also regularly targeted by the HIA for Inter-Knot crimes, but would hack into the HIA to scrub their own criminal record. Conducting electronic warfare through hacker groups is one of their specialties. Despite their infamy, they quickly rose to being one of the top-ranked Proxy accounts on Inter-Knot after the downfall of Phaethon.^[1]

Overview

During the Special Episode: Virtual Revenge, Null_Face was responsible for trapping the members of Section 6 inside the Virtual Reality program, in order to steal the team's deep sync modeling data and kill them. However, their plan was thwarted by Tsukishiro Yanagi and they were arrested.

It is later revealed that Null_Face was employed by Sarah to specifically target Hoshimi Miyabi, whose modeling data could be used to unsheathe Tailless, something normally only possible by members of the Hoshimi Family.^[3]
