Archaeolune Energy Disturbance Zone is a climate that appears on the Frost Moon.

Overview

Being exposed to high Archaeolune Energy concentration in certain ares leads to the continuous accumulation of Exhaustion and the peripheral vision will also be gradually reduced. If Exhaustion reaches its maximum the player will be returned to the closest area without a high Archaeolune Energy concentration and the following message appears on screen: Collapsed amid unstable Archaeolune Energy...

Archaeolune Storm

At the lower level of the Archaeolune Storm Research Center,‍^{[anywhere else?]} a special Archaeolune Energy Disturbance Zone, called an Archaeolune Storm, can be encountered.

Exhaustion

Accumulation

The base accumulation rate of Exhaustion is XX% per second and occurs in the following circumstances:

Entering the Lunar Sea at the Moontide Sea
Being at the Archaeolune Storm Research Center
Floating in outer space at the Space Lifeform Capture Station
Leaving the map border around the areas on the Frost Moon

Depletion

Storm Occlusion Field

Storm Occlusion Field are the primary method for depleting the Exhaustion gauge.

Storm Occlusion Fields reduce the Exhaustion gauge at a rate of XX% per XXs (XX seconds to completely deplete a full gauge).

Leaving the Area

When players leave areas that have a Exhaustion gauge, it reduces at a rate of XX% per second (XX seconds to completely deplete a full gauge).

Tutorials

Exhaustion and Incapacitation: Most areas on the moon are filled with turbulent Archaeolune Energy. Exhaustion builds up under these conditions, and you will collapse when this Exhaustion reaches its limit.

Storm Occlusion Field: An instrument built by the ancient dragon scholars to protect against Archaeolune Storms. Use this to create a field that can block incoming attacks.

Archaeolune Storm Incapacitation: A storm caused by the turbulent Archaeolune Energy in the air. Exhaustion builds up under these conditions, and you will collapse when this Exhaustion reaches its limit.

Lunar Sea Incapacitation: The lunar sea contains Archaeolune Energy in a highly dense liquid form. This is said to be the result of the shattering of a certain sky. Exhaustion builds up under these conditions, jumps become harder, and you will collapse when this Exhaustion reaches its limit.

Descriptions

Archaeolune Energy Disturbance Zone

Characters will continuously accumulate Exhaustion in areas where Archaeolune Energy is too concentrated or unstable. Once Exhaustion reaches its limit, the character will collapse and be transported to a safe location.

A dangerous lunar weather phenomenon. Unfortunately, with so few adventurers on the moon, no one knows just how dangerous it truly is.
