Floating Crystal Flower

Floating Crystal Flowers and Floating Crystal Platforms are an exploration mechanic in Fontaine.
The player must use the ability of the Xenochromatic Ball Octopus to make it spin, after which a series of floating platforms will appear and then become invisible. The player must remember the positions of the platforms and make their way to some end platform where there typically is a reward.

- Floating Crystal Flowers and Floating Crystal Platforms
A peculiar combination of mineral and plant. When affected by the energy of the Xenochromatic Ball Octopus, it will begin spinning for a period of time. After Floating Crystal Flowers start spinning, Floating Crystal Platforms will appear.
The Floating Crystal Platforms will appear as the Floating Crystal Flowers rotate, then become invisible, and finally disappear as the flowers cease spinning.
