Harpastum

Harpasta are an exploration mechanic in Windrest Peak, Mondstadt.
The player can use Harpasta to travel swiftly and launch themselves, similarly to a Golden Carp's Leap. After launch, the player temporarily transforms into a Plume Moth, which can be controlled similarly to an indwelled Qucusaurus.
Bellowing Harpasta are a type of Harpastum that carries the player along a fixed path, similarly to Phase Gates.
Overview
When a Harpastum is within the player's field of vision, they can press the special interaction button to quickly travel to its location. The player then enters Aiming Mode, where they can press the Dash button to launch themselves forward, the Jump button to launch themselves upward, or the interact button to travel to another nearby Harpastum.
While in Plume Moth form, the player will continuously descend as if gliding, and the direction of travel can be controlled as usual. They can also consume special stamina to accelerate forward (by pressing or holding Dash) or upward (by pressing or holding Jump). Simply gliding does not consume stamina.
Holding the Elemental Burst button will eject the player, both in Aiming Mode and in Plume Moth form. The player will also be ejected if they touching the ground or the surface of the water.
Bellowing Harpasta can be entered in the same way as regular Harpasta. Visually, they have a faint "tail" that points in the direction of travel. The fixed route can be exited by holding the Elemental Burst button.

- Breaking Through the Cocoon
In certain areas, you will sometimes encounter these wondrous Harpasta imbued with the Authority of Space. After interacting with them, you can transform briefly into a Plume Moth. In this form, you can continuously accelerate through the air by holding Sprint or the Ascend button.
When sprinting or increasing altitude, the Plume Moth's stamina will be consumed continuously. When flying through Wind Rings, your flying speed will increase temporarily.
When coming into contact with the special Bellowing Harpastum, you will fly a fixed distance in a set direction.
