Rokot

The Rokot (Russian: Рокот "Rumble") is a faction from Snezhnaya that serves the interest of "the common people" and is currently working against Project Stuzha. All members are given a codename when entering the organization, and as a result of this, many do not know their true identities.

The faction refrains from violence, helping out the populace through more peaceful means. While noted by some Fatui to be a rather peaceful organization, they are still considered enemies due to their opposition to the project and occasionally the Tsaritsa herself.^[1]
