Snezhnograd Veche

The Snezhnograd Veche (Russian: Снежноградское Вече Snezhnogradskoye Veche) is the legislative body in charge of the administration and governance of Snezhnaya. It is based at the Snezhnograd Veche State Hall in Snezhnograd. It was established by the Tsaritsa to replace the aristocracy formed by the Snowland Fae during the reign of the Belyi Tsar.^[1] Decisions by the Veche are made via majority vote during sessions chaired by a Speaker. Though nominally a deliberative assembly, the Fatui are typically able to implement their favored policy decisions with little meaningful resistance and members of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers are commonly entitled to participate in sessions of the Veche.^[2]
