Hall of Prayers

The Hall of Prayers, also called the assembly hall, is a point of interest located in Okurov, Flamefeather Valley, Snezhnaya.
It is a ceremonial hall where the townspeople of Okurov would gather and recite prayers Doctor Moreau wrote for Zhara.[1]
The player gains access to the Hall of Prayers by progressing through the World Quest Forbidding Doors of Melancholy in Series In the Dwelling of Life.
