The Wingalet was originally built for emergency response and played a vital role in the last disaster, but it has been sitting idle ever since despite its considerable maintenance costs. With Fontinalia Festival underway, Wriothesley decided to rent it out, putting the ship to good use while bringing in some much-needed operating funds.
