The Consternation Starzone consists of several locations including: Planarcadia,[1] Lafcadio,[2] Yadav variable star, the Cerulean Nightmare, and the Knucklebone.[3]

History

In ancient times, Aha created the imagenae, known as the Phantasmoon, which marked the commencement of the first Phantasmoon Games. These games served as a grand stage for various factions and civilizations, including the Masked Fools, the Mourning Actors, and the people of ancient Benzaitengoku.

This prosperity came to an abrupt end when the Antimatter Legion swept across the Consternation Starzone, reducing countless worlds to ruin. As Benzaitengoku faced certain annihilation, Graphia performed what would later be regarded as a miracle by capturing the entirety of the world within a painted scroll, thereby preserving its civilization from destruction.

In the aftermath of the Legion’s assault, surviving inhabitants eventually returned and began the long process of restoration. Benzaitengoku received support from the Interastral Peace Corporation under the "Worlds Reborn Initiative" and appointed Pearl, a member of the Strategic Investment Department and one of the Ten Stonehearts, as the overseer and CEO of Planarcadia. Using advanced Punklordian aether editing technology, the world was reconstructed and ultimately revived under a new name: Planarcadia.

Approximately fifteen years prior to the current events, the Astral Express arrived in the Consternation Starzone and mysteriously crashed on Planarcadia. The train was later repaired by Himeko, who subsequently assumed leadership as its new Navigator. From Planarcadia, the Astral Express departed once more, continuing its journey among the stars.[1]

During the Cloudpeer Telescope's 33rd macro-sweep of the year, it would detect the Reignbow's manifestation, with trace elements pointing to three locations. Upon investigating, it was revealed that the worlds had been plundered by the Bluefang Pack, with them trying to turn one of the worlds into a nursery for their weapons. However, the Rainbowfall Fleet would met out punishment, with a famous victory being enacted.[3]

Around the Year 8098 Star Calendar, a Surveillance Report from the Xianzhou Yuque indicated that based on IPC data, the Wingweavers' Peacock Angel legion has arrived at the Consternation Starzone to locate a Stellaron and revive their homeworld of Muldrasil. The veracity of this information had yet to be verified, however.[4]

Lafcadio is claimed to be the site where Idrila the Beauty fell, according to a Mirror Holder, though the details are not known.[2] In 2157 AE, the Doctor of Chaos who won that era's Phantasmoon Games attempted to create an universe with an afterlife with their prize. The attempt resulted in "phantoms of death" from the past crowding Lafcadio and several surrounding star systems, as well as the resurfacing of Isee's spirit on Adlivun.[5][6]
