Cacophonic Conductor is a Echo of War Enemy part of the Cosmos faction.

Enemy Info

Dominicus, the wisher of the Harmonious Choir, is one of the many embodiments of Xipe the Harmony. Due to the interferences from the Order, his appearance is different from before. Materialized as the Hive Mind's response to wishes, the hymns he conducts can reshape the world and create new laws per the wishes, and all who made this wish will become the source of his power.

Horizon's Echo From Afar

During the battle against Cacophonic Conductor, The Astral Express will gain 1 Energy every time an Echo of Faded Dreams is Weakness Broken. Once The Astral Express reaches 8 Energy, the Ultimate ability Horizon's Echo From Afar will become available. When used, this ability deals massive Imaginary DMG to all enemies, reducing Cacophonic Conductor's Toughness by 160 and Echo of Faded Dreams' Toughness by 10.

Gameplay Notes

Cacophonic Conductor loses 40 Toughness when an Echo of Faded Dreams (Apocalyptic Shadow) is Weakness Broken. All Echoes will also enter the Weakness Break state when Cacophonic Conductor does.
The Astral Express begins the battle with 4 Energy.
Grief and Joy Shared (Stage 3+): Cacophonic Conductor's Weakness Types are transferred to all Echo of Faded Dreams (Apocalyptic Shadow) (from left to right: Fire, Lightning, Quantum, and Imaginary), who initially possess only that Weakness. While an Echo of Faded Dreams is Broken, all other enemies gain its Weakness. Additionally, all enemies gain 40% increased RES to non-Weaknesses.
