An erroneous materialization after the code was affected. The reference entity is Lady of Crashing Waves. Daughters of the sea, their souls and flesh corroded by the sins of "Destruction," now dance and chant for the coming Dark Sun as hollow, twisted husks.

This causes some DMG taken to be received in the form of DoT over a certain number of turns.
A "Revel in Destruction" countdown appears in the Action Order. When the countdown turn begins, all friendly units will have their "Revel in Destruction" state dispelled.
